I made a mistake of not putting the full address of the delivery location on my first purchase but the package arrived after I corrected it at my local delivery depot with no problems. The return costs will be at our expense as long as the product is actually damaged, defective or the item is incorrect, but if it is a voluntary return the customer will have to pay the return.   I was disappointed with the redesign of the brake bracket. My previous model had a fitting which could be slid on to the brake bolt through an open slot. This newer design means that a hole in the the bracket has to be passed through the brake bolt and is more cumbersome and not as tight fitting.
