  You new returns process is excellent. Calling customer support can take a little while to connect but is efficient and professional once you get through. Would be great to have a chat facility.

  Im a big fan of Lacoste but I don't like the current desing of some items. Big crocodile or Lacoste logo makes it look fake. I've spoke with quite a lot Lacoste customers and they agree with my opinion. I think you guys should do something about it. Thank you :)

  I find the phone team very helpful when I get confused with returns. I do find the returns hard to follow, however there is help and all works smoothly. Products are wonderfully made, if I were a wealthy woman I'd buy so much more. I am delighted with my purchases.

  I would recommend lactose always, however I was not aware of any import charges this delay delivery and I nearly missed the purpose of the purchase. Also, I was not sent my 10% discount when you register as per T/C. It a shame.
