  Very disappointed with this service, no customer care, a stupid way to do business, I’m thinking of writing to head office and speaking to someone who cares, Feel free to give me my money back or the product s I’ve ordered, my address was correct, they have delivered to me many many times in past?   I give such a low score due to not receiving my items. Lacoste warehouse seemingly “lost” the items and I received a refund. I received this refund without any notification from Lacoste that my items weren’t to be delivered. Again, the refund was given with zero notification I’ve purchased from the Lacoste site for over 20yrs and this transaction was awful. Customer assistance, customer satisfaction and your company procedure / communication.

  I have never received the skirt yet you have taken £50 from my account. I have sent you an enquiry via your customer services but have not heard back. I am more than disappointed as I am going on my first golfing holiday tomorrrow. I am not the sort of person to rant on social media but this is making me feel like I should. An organisation such as Lacoste should be providing a top service yet, in the absence of the skirt, I ordered from sports direct and it has arrived in a timely fashion!!!!!

  Jumper is way to small, I whare a medium n this is more like an extra small,having an absolute nightmare trying to send it back as it was delivered by DHL and returns are not excepted by the post office the invoice they sent back to me says I payed £25 less than I actually payed my advice would be to either buy 2 sizes larger than you would normally ware or just avoid lacoste all together,poor form lacoste tut tut...!!
