    I’ve always been happy with the level of service from Lacoste, however with my latest purchase I ordered 3 items, the money was taken for all 3 and a confirmation of order sent, later on that day another email was received saying one of my items had been cancelled, the payment for my 3rd item was returned in a timely fashion however this was extremely frustrating as it was for a friend’s birthday present.

    Love the design and the message from the product, as always Lacoste really high quality materials and manufacture. Please don't ever compromise on quality, I believe that's what makes your brand stand out from competitors. Ralph Lauren Polos used to be a close compatible though they are no where close any longer and refuse to buy their inferior polos.

    I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of these shoes. Upon close inspection, I noticed visible glue and uneven cuts on both sides of each shoe, which significantly detracts from their appearance. This issue was present in both pairs that we purchased, indicating a consistent lack of quality control. Moreover, the shoes are extremely uncomfortable to wear. Despite trying them on multiple occasions, I found no relief, and they caused discomfort almost immediately. This was particularly surprising and disappointing, as we had high expectations based on the Lacoste brand's reputation and the price point of the shoes. In summary, these shoes fail on both aesthetic and functional fronts. The shoddy craftsmanship and lack of comfort make them a poor investment. We certainly did not expect to encounter such poor quality, and I would not recommend these shoes to others.
