  Two items ordered from Lacoste for over £100 delivered to my preferred location without fuss. This £27 t shirt dumped on my doorstep in my absence in full view. No surprise to find it missing on my return. Instead of resending said item Lacoste is conducting an inquest with veiled threats of legal action in the event of foul play.Really? Shoddy Customer Service Lacoste no excuse for a poor delivery service. Endless form filling ID checks etc on a good customer and no sign of my purchase. Shame your delivery company is not on a par with your goods.

  I love Lacoste and only wear Lacoste clothes. But I have had a nightmare with trying to get a pair of these style tracksuit pants to fit. I tried 3 sizes and were all really wide and long and baggy on the ankles. I am 5ft6 and 150lb and tried a 4, 3 & 2 and none fitted correctly of these particular ones. The ones with a plastic crocodile and ironed on label inside fit a lot better for me in a size 3 than the ones I've sent back. But they are hard to find. Thank you

  The laces of one shoe had lots of brown marks on - like someone had dribbled chocolate on them. I had to wash them and re-lace them. For £90, the after sales care wasn’t great - I called multiple times and, shy of returning them or buying some new laces and then calling to get a refund, there was no way forward that didn’t require work on my part. In the end gave up and washed the lace and relaced it, but I don’t expect that when paying £90 for brand new shoes. Otherwise, the shoe quality was amazing.
