  Unfortunately, I cannot rate this product as it never got delivered. For some reason got stuck at customs in France for not having the right documentation and although it was promised to be delivered before Christmas, it didn’t, even though the order was placed on the 15th. I asked for a refund, as I needed to find an alternative present, this was not fast either. I received my refund on the 30th. No apology, no explanation from them, just the standard thank you for your message email. Really bad customer service and really disappointed, the only reason you have 1 star is because it doesn’t allow zero.

  Staff in the shop where unable to order for us and had to do it ourself on our phone whilst in store. Delivery was extremely slow and when arrived the packaging was complete awful considering it was a watch in the parcel. Although the watch itself is fine, I probably wouldn’t use this service again

  Lacoste forgot to add a line to the address. Which means the transporter didn't have the flat number and the name of the building, they had to deliver it to a shop next to my house. It tooks me hours to find where my parcel was, it was very stressful. I don't understand why Lacoste did not added the flat number to the parcel label because the right address was on my order confirmation. It caused a lot of trouble.

  Love this flat cap and I loved the service from Lacoste, I ordered two of these flat caps one at a M and one at a L because I wanted either one to fit perfectly, so I went for the M and it was even Free post to return the other one and it all went perfect and got my refund within a few days, great service, one happy customer

  No I would not recommend Lacoste to any one what they fail to tell you when they say free delivery is that you will be hit with import charges and when you say you don’t want to pay the import charges you struggle to get your money back shocking service
