  Products are always of high quality, but whilst paying premium prices for these products and delivery, I think the company has fallen behind with regards to shipping compared to other big brand companies that are now delivering within 48-72 hours

  Do not reply to emails , the item has gone missing I have asked for a refund or another item to be sent out and no reply . It was ordered on 5th July for 12th birthday and to this day I still have had no response .
