Verified reviewI wouldn’t recommend buying from Lacoste online to anyone, unfortunately. Even a month after receiving my shipment confirmation, I never received the item. When tracking the parcel, it still appears to be in France. I opened a case with customer service, but they never provided an answer or offered any alternative solution to my issue. I had to call three times just to start the refund process. Extremely disappointing, especially as this is the second time this has happened to me (I live in Ireland). The first time, the exact same situation occurred — I purchased a product, and it never arrived. Please note that it was the same courier, Colissimo. I’m not sure if this is an issue specifically with deliveries to Ireland, but the way your team handles customer concerns is disappointing. I was asked to wait 15 days for an internal investigation, and after that period, no one got back to me. I had to call again, only to be told there was still no update. This is simply ridiculous. I don’t know if this is because the order value was relatively low, but it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the Company. From a logistics standpoint, losing products is already concerning — but the lack of communication and accountability makes the experience even worse. Unfortunately, despite being a long-time Lacoste fan, I’ll definitely be exploring other brands after this experience.
