  Tom @ Customer Services was very helpful, as Australia didn’t show on your dropdown list when I first tried to order. The parcel did get stuck at La Poste for a while, but happily received today 22/8/24. Carol x

  As a UK customer I would not order from this website again. The order was poorly packaged and the wicker damaged in the corner of the basket.
