Verified reviewI originally reviewed this order stating “Product never arrived”. That was accurate at the time I was invited to provide my review, as I had not received the product. I ordered on 16 July 2026 and paid £9.99 for a delivery service described on my order confirmation as “2-day home delivery”. The parcel did not become available at the DPD Pickup Shop until 27 July, 11 days after I placed the order. By that point I was no longer available to collect it. My subsequent experience trying to resolve the matter has been extremely poor. I have received numerous responses defending the situation, including being told that despite purchasing a service described as “2-day home delivery”, the company's Terms and Conditions allow delivery to take up to 14 days. DPD stated that the parcel had to be collected by Sunday 2 August. As of Wednesday 5 August at 14:37, its tracking still shows the parcel sitting at the Pickup Shop awaiting collection. LOVE AND VIBES informed me on 4 August that they had contacted DPD and requested that the return be accelerated. At the time of writing, the tracking still shows no movement. I have now referred my complaint to the UK International Consumer Centre. Regardless of the eventual financial outcome, this has been the worst online shopping experience I have personally had. My rating reflects the delivery experience and, particularly, my experience of the customer service and complaint handling that followed.

Unfortunately, there appears to be an issue with your parcel while it is in transit. We have opened an investigation with the carrier and are doing everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Verified reviewDue to Homopost missing information on my parcel was delaying clearance on customs. I actually thought it is shipped Uk 2 Uk as it is UK website but no that was not the case.

You just bury yourself with every sentence you write. First of all why I should be charged 30 gbp for NEXT DAY DELIVERY when you know that custom can delay the order with 3 to 7 days? My second point is that you lie because the order haven’t been delayed on the French side it was delayed on UK soil. Third point is that you don’t bother even a bit to find out what is going on because you clearly do not care about your customers. Fourth point is that order has already been refused on delivery and returned to you but you don t even know that. I am glad I did not accepted this order because this is terrible customer experience I do not wish to nobody My fifth point is that I can provide tracking and correspondence if I need to as a back up to all my points above.

Being in the UK, deliveries are from France so expect long delays if DPD mess up. however, customer service is exceptional as I had quick responses through email with support from the team. If you are in the UK, I advise choosing FED EX for deliveries
