The shoes are ok and it gives you a bit of height increase. I also received a free pair of shoes though it was different from the model that was initially offered. On their email it says a pair of Proto Navyblue is on hold until the next night but what I received is a Cagliari (Blue) model. I paid £43 for the import duty/tax which is also stated on their website for orders outside EU. I am happy that I received my order with the welcome gift though the quality/look doesn't look like its a £140 shoe. It feels comfy and I hope it would last long. For the price including the duty/import tax, I could get a better looking shoes that looks great.

I have nothing but endorsement and praise for Mario Bertulli (Charlet). I was after a pair of quality wedding/formal shoes and decided to try online rather the high street. Although I found a few shoe retailers, I kept reverting to Mario Bertulli. In the end, I settled for them and I could not be happier with the decision I made. The ordering process was superb. Even before placing my order, I was very impressed with the speed and depth of their answers to a couple of questions I posed via email - a special thank you to Magalie for helping! The quality of the shoes are simply fantastic - I am really confident they will last for many years. Great trainers but problem with delivery as note put through letterbox delivered to neighbour. On my order I gave address as 119 but invoice came through as 110 a number that does not exist on my street. I changed the delivery instructions to 119. The courier did not ring our video doorbell as we were at home and would have answered the door but put a note through letterbox that package at 115 and I collected from my neighbour.

Not 5 stars - free pair of shoes to be delivered were derby shoes in tan colour what I got was something totally different and not what I wanted what a shame will not use them again. Why advertise something and then deliver something totally diffrent ??

In the pictures of most of your shoes, you don't have the picture of the sole of the shoe. This creates a problem if a person is looking for a shoe with good grip on the icy roads. I would suggest that if you put the picture of the soles of the shoes as well, less customers will be confused on this topic.

The shoes help me as I have sports injuries on Achilles tendon. But the tax on the shoes is now eye watering and is more than cost of the shoes.

I found the website gave me all the information that I needed and found an ideal pair of shoes at a good price. I did not believe the sizing advice given on the website so I spoke to Magalie in customer service who assured me that it was correct and advised me which size I should order. She also agreed that I would be able to return the shoes at no cost if they did not fit. I have just received my shoes and they are indeed a good fit.

I have been using a known shoes brand called tallmenshoes before mariobertulli but honestly speaking its looking like a cheap chinese quality shoes and my toes got so much pain in them. Seller must not use BRITAIN's name for his shoes brand becaue its not up to that mark. On the top its price is way too high absolutely no worth at all. I could have bought 2 stylish pairs of shoes instead of this chinese scrap!!!

Ordering the product was okay the site was easy to navigate. After 3 weeks waiting for my purchase I rang the number for customer service on the website. A woman answered in French and hung up on me. So I attempted 3 more calls at different times again a woman speaking in French rather then help she just hung up on me. The opposite of customer service. I then tried online help with a faceless bot. This eventually proved more revealing I was informed that my purchase was making its way back to the department fro which it came. Again questions like when will I receive my purchase were ignored, I really then decided that this was a truly awful experience one which I will never repeat again. The most galling thing is I was sent a customer satisfaction email while I was still waiting for delivery it took that long

Extremely disappointed, I received my order quickly thanks for that. The problem start when one of the pair shoes was not fit and I wanted to exchange that. I have not ever experienced such a poor customer service. a week ago I sent two email to Ms Magali the only so-called customer service agent I could reach, I have not received any response. They have my money and shoes so I am the one should worried. I was entitled for a free return whatsoever because it was my first purchase, however Ms Magali did not highlight that until I noticed and told her. she did not provide a good instruction for return and procedure. I left 3 complaint messages on their website, but it seems there is no one to listen. I registered with them to carry on with shopping with them for my self and one of my friend but it seems I am not in the right place.

Extremely disappointed. I placed the order on 26/09 and have not received the parcel to date (11/10) which is ridiculous considering I paid £80 on top of the shoe price to cover the customs clearance and delivery. Have gone back on forth with DHL who have attributed this delay to the lack of details submitted on the shipper’s part and being unresponsive despite constant chasing. I have also tried to contact the seller but all in vain. Steer clear guys!
