  I really wanted this specific Losmandy clamp for a new 10” SCT. MHz Outdoor had it in stock. Purchase and shipping was easy to arrange on their website and it arrived safely in Golden, Colorado USA about a week later. Will keep them bookmarked for the future.

  MHZoutdoor were extremely helpful when I was dealing with them, in particular Angelo from customer service. They were very clear about expected timeframes when ordering an out of stock product, and had no issues with my many questions. The Staradventurer Tracker arrived safely packaged and has been quite successful in its first outing. Very happy all round.

  The item I ordered had limited to no stock in many places. I placed a backorder through MHz Outdoor. Queries on the backorder estimation where answered in a very timely and professional manner. Once the backorder was received, my order was updated and delivery (Ireland) was fast and efficient. Can't fault the experience. Would order from again.

  I recently purchased an Astro camera from MHZOutdoor which they promptly sent to me from Italy to the UK. It arrived in the UK within 24 hrs. As far as I was concerned they had done their part. FedEx then left my package sitting in their warehouse in Scotland for the next ten days. I contacted MHZ and within minutes received an email from them stating they where going to look into why I hadn’t received it as yet. Thankfully the staff at MHZ managed to get this sorted for me and I received my camera yesterday. This company kept me constantly updated with tracking details and emails. They truly went over and above to get my camera to me. The staff are on hand immediately to help. I can’t thank them enough for what they did as I was getting nowhere and no contact with FedEx in delivering my package. I would highly recommend MHZOutdoors. You won’t be disappointed.

  MHz Outdoor was amazing. I made sure not to delete their emails as I wanted to compliment their service in this review. They were very prompt and their international shipping was amazing. I paid $25 for FedEx and my package got left sub-urban Italy and arrived in Virginia-USA in 2-days. unlike other online merchants, they incorporated their own shipping update service too, which I appreciated. I'll definitely consider them in the future.

  Hello, I did have a good experience on using the MHZ web site. My order was takin care of promptly and my products were well packed to prevent damage. The Komunica antenna and tripod. are awesome on portability and very compact. I haven't had them very long and I'm still testing the antenna. I have never used a vertical antenna but it seems to be working very well and it's easy and quick to set up. No one sells these products in the United States and there are not any reviews on it here and on only one write up on it on the internet. I had a good feeling about it so I decided to try it out. I believe that I made a good choice. I will probably write a review in the future when i have completed more testing. Thank you for a great product.. Marshall KN4NOK..

  Good handling of the order prosess, it was only the FedEx in Norway that really screwed it up. It took a very long time for FedEx to deliver after customer clearence. Actually it was shorter time for the parcel to arrived in Oslo than from der to be delivered at my home. And then they charged me for the Norwegian VATand iit took me som time to sort out that the VAT already was paid. FedEx Norway is no Good!

  A bit concerned to order from an unknown and Italian supplier but no stock anywhere in UK due to Brexit and Covid. Order was handled professionally and efficiently with email updates everyday. Shipped by Fedex which I didn't expect and at the suppliers expense and received five days after order. In excellent packaging and working perfect;y. Don't get better service from most UK suppliers so really really well done

  I ordered RS-BA1 - the Icom Remote Control Software - for my IC 756 PRO II. It came from Italy in 4 days, which was quite impressive! It works just fine, has a Product Key & License Key right from Icom and I am very happy with this transaction.
