Return policy about printing paper and puting it in the box, otherwise they can loose the returned item.Tere is not always a printer around you... Plus how can anyone just do not see in system with order ir where? There should be some other way. Staff is helpfull and friendly of you have any questions but sometimes does not sound really professional.

I love the shop but searching for size is terrible.... 39 just doesnt exist in many modells, or it shows up when listed with filter for 39 but then you cannot find it in any colour....
