Regarding the 10mL gift, I’ve checked your order and noticed that it wasn’t added, because you did not reach the 190€ minimum. Concerning the delivery by DPD, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the delivery company to address your feedback and ensure better service in the future. For the 6 complimentary samples, I don’t see them listed in your order summary.
