Reasonable shipping fee as well, free samples were generous as well. Carole and co-founder Nicolas is very patient,kind and accommodating. Verified reviewMy order was send 2 to me, but it never reached me. The fist order was send bij collisimo but I never got it. The customer service was quick to react. I got a document to fill in and a new package would be send to me. My adress was correctly written in all the documents, but the package was send to a random adress, not to the adress I filled in. I am still waiting for new from the costumers service but this had been taking a long time now.
