Verified reviewOrdered on 1/7/22 It is now 1/12/22. I have received no confirmation email and cannot view any progress or status of order on the web site. I sent an email a few days ago seeking information, and still have yet to receive any reply back.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience regarding your delivery. Indeed, you placed the order on Friday. At this time we had a lot of orders. It was prepared by our team on Saturday and left our store on Monday, as DHL does not pick up parcels on the weekend. Your package was delivered on time on Wednesday, respecting the 48h policy. Please find our shipping methods concerning DHL here: "Express delivery by airplane (DHL) from 22.31 €, Free express shipping by airplane from 167 € HT purchase, delay within 2 and 3 working days". Verified reviewHad so much trouble getting this item from a well-regarded US retail outlet. One week after we ordered and were assured we would receive delivery, order was cancelled due to "demand". Found Nose.FR using a google search, bought my item Sunday Night US Time and received via international shipping by Wednesday Morning (at a better price btw). That's what I call efficient service. Thank you!

Verified reviewThe buying of the perfume was great. The testers and things included were brilliant, the only thing that really let it down was the “gift wrapping” which for the amount you’re spending on the perfumes I would expect to be better than just a brown cardboard box…bit of a let down, especially when you pay extra for it, and my wife has bought stuff from nose before and it always comes well packaged, I just don’t know the difference between the normal packaging and the “gift wrapped” option, looks the same to me.
