  I ordered a pair of Brookes at a bargain price, I received tracking info and after a few days discovered they were coming from Spain and were on tour around Europe.   Always good service from these guys, I have had Oakley sunglasses and trainers from them. You get a good price because sometimes the product is further aways and takes a day or two extra to arrive. But they always arrive and are in good condition

  Bad customer communication. My order was cancelled and I was given no reason. I tried contacting but it was impossible. Eventually I got a response after having sent numerous emails a week later to say my "package was lost". runninn knew it was lost and that's why they refunded me. I should have just been sent a new package and it would have saved a lot of stress and not have wasted my time. The whole process took over a month!
