  The wrong size was sent to me even though it stated on the website UK size. I had to pay shipping cost of £77 and I had to wait for them to receive my order before I got a refund and the communication was frustrating as I wanted to speak to someone but it had to be done through WhatsApp and email. Because it was an expensive order it became stressful. The company however did refund and although the product was the wrong size it came with prompt delivery and it was beautifully gift wrapped. If the order had have been the right size then I would probably given 4 stars.

  I was very happy to find these slippers for such a reasonable price; usually they are around $130 plus tax and shipping if ordered online. One issue I have is that the only shipping option is $20 (for US shipping), which is a steep price to pay in my opinion. I would've loved to have cheaper options that shipped more slowly. With shipping included, the shoes were still much cheaper than from another source, plus there were color options that are not widely available, so it isn't a huge deal.

  The Haflinger sheepskin slippers are beautiful and were shipped very fast. I also appreciated the lower price. It did look to me like the left slipper is slightly worn though - it was missing the paper stuffing and has slight signs of wear on the suede - definite creases. I assume the left slipper was returned and while it’s still in very good shape, I expected perfectly new slippers.
