    The products are good, but I missing a Hose for my bcd inflator. After almost 12 emails i do not get a personal e-mail from the helpdesk. The helpdesk is fast but Not very helpfull. I have to send Photos but how can I make a foto of something that is missing. I think Twice of ordering new stuff, if something is wrong the are not helpfull enough!!!

    Hello Guido, We regret the inconvenience caused, in this case if you have received a wrong product, you must submit a return request through your account. Opening the return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture), in your case you should add photos of the package that you received , were you show us that you receive only one part of the order. In these cases, you can claim compensation for the inconvenience if you do not wish to return the item received.     Store has a very large offer of products and brands, so lots of choice. Products are priced sharply compared to other stores. Shipping is rather fast and there are a few options and different rates to chose from to suit your preferences as well as possible. Return policy is good, but you do have to pay for return shipment.

    Ordered a wetsuit, didn't realise at the time of ordering that it wasn't coming from the UK but from Spain (I think). Delivery arrived packaged well but a day later than expected. Fortunately there was someone in to take delivery. Overall was pleased with the wetsuit, as described and just what I wanted. Feel fortunate that given it was being shipped from outside of the UK it was only delayed a day arriving.

    I asked customer service a question about item delivery time and got generic useless response, " thank you, patience,blah blah blah, busy, etc etc etc" AND NO FOLLOW UP. I paid for expedited delivery 5 euro more expensive than standard delivery, item came days later than promised, useless useless useless, DISSAPOINTED. if you are not in a hurry for an item no problem, if your boat leaves on a definite date????AAARRRGGGGHHHHH............ The sale prices indicated in our online stores are shown as follows: - If the Customer lives in the European Union, all prices include VAT, but we deduct this amount from the total if the shipment is made to areas exempt from VAT. In the UK, all our prices include VAT, which is currently at a standard rate of 20%. - If the Client lives outside the European Union, prices do not include VAT. The Customer must pay local VAT and there may be an import tax when the shipment reaches its destination. In some countries or areas there is also the charge for the management of customs procedures, these costs are charged by the transport company who acts as an intermediary. Duties and customs regulations vary in different countries and it is difficult to know how they work exactly. Shipping costs are not indicated in the price of the products. Transportation costs are borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. The Client can consult at any time what is the amount of the shipping costs in the shopping cart, before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process. The calculation of shipping costs depends on the volume and weight of the items.

    Brak możliwości zmiany danych na fakturze to wielki minus. Nie rozumiem tego. Jedna przesyłka dotarła do Polski w 5 dni od zamówienia, druga w ~ miesiąc od zamówienia. Obsługa sklepu bardzo miłą i pomocna ale nie w kwestii faktury.
