High quality ski trousers at a really good price. Excellent efficient and reliable delivery. We paid for expedited delivery as we needed them urgently but was still significantly cheaper than the big brand retailers and arrived next day as promised. I fell across snowinn after looking through a few pages of ski equipment on a search engine and found that they were considerably less expensive than the other main stream suppliers. I placed the order on a Sunday and it arrived by Thursday, so great price and great service.

There was a mix up placing my order, and whilst I got it resolved. Trying to contact an actual person was not great and communication back also not great, but it was resolved and to my satisfaction, just without being properly informed. The product itself (Salomon Skis) looks great and came perfectly adjusted and fitted, I can't give feedback on the skis as I've not used them yet...but can't wait. Great price and pretty quick delivery - would use again.

This is my second order with Snowinn. I ordered a pair of ski boots and poles, the ski poles have never arrived and I've paid for them and never had my money back. I placed a second order for some larger boots to try, but decided to keep the originals. The returns process is a joke, I had to pay £17 for a return label, but this doesn't cover the actual postage, you're literally paying £17 for a returns document to stick to the parcel that you then have to take to the post office and pay extra to ship. Shipping from the UK to Spain isn't cheap. Customer services read off a script and don't deviate to help you at all. Incredibly disappointed with Snowinn and I won't use them again.

I ordered a pair of ski boots on a Saturday evening. After completing my order I noticed a typo in my postal code, but I was able to correct this in my profile. In the confirmation e-mail this correction was already visible, meaning the back-office system of Snowinn is excellent! On Sunday evening I already received the shipping notification e-mail and I received the boots in good condition on Wednesday. Very quick, considering international shipping from Spain to The Netherlands. I have read a few bad reviews online, always due to customer service problems, but my shopping experience was very good. My advise: Just make sure you don't make mistakes when ordering, as the company is big and the customer service apparently is very busy. And if you notice an error in your shipping information, just correct it before the package is sent out and all will be good.

I was nervous about ordering from Spain into the UK, with concerns over timescales and duties to pay. However, having read the other reviews I took the plunge and am very happy with the service. Skis arrived in just over a week, with the bindings fitted and setup, and any duties were included in the price I paid so I had no nasty surprises. Communication was also good, with regular updates from the courier too. Great service!

Having already been a customer of SnowInn and having experienced some delivery issues before I was interested to find out how the company was coping post Brexit. Well they seemed to have mastered all the additional, non-value add, paperwork and all the new customs charges etc were prepaid within the original price. Delivery took place exactly within the advised window and was trackable all the way (N.B. its a good idea to track early on the suggested app, and then later via Royal Mail tracking). The boots are exactly what my daughter wanted - so everything is good this time!

The picture of the ski goggles included the goggles but when the item turned up it was just just the lens! Contacted customer support who said I had to return the product at my expense! I purchased the Salomon Rhythm Snowboard Bindings White Large. Love them however the ankle straps are to short for my size 11 uk boots, it is very difficult to do them up, even adjusted at the longest setting.

Skies besteld op 28 februari zouden 2,3 maart geleverd worden, schoenmaat etc doorgegeven bleek donderdag 3 maart dat de bindingen er niet waren en kon wel 14 dagen duren, gauw ander paar skies besteld die ook op voorraad waren weer schoenmaat enzo ingevuld en zouden 8 9 maart komen, donderdag kwam het pakket tot mijn grote schrik bleek dat ze de bindingen niet hebben gemonteerd dus kon ik ze nog niet gebruiken, bij navraag moest ik zelf maar zorgen voor montage kost 50 eurobij de skizaak wederom geen reactie, waardeloos hier niks kopen zeer slechte service zeer ontevreden.

User-friendly website, easy to find products and place orders. Good delivery service. The product information was not entirely accurate though (the jacket I ordered was listed with a detachable hood, but when I received it realized that the hood isn’t detachable).
