  The Montane jacket was delivered on time but only after I had reminded Snowinn that I had paid for express delivery. I think the problem was with DHL rather than Snowinn. Otherwise the service and price were very good

  For me the experience with this company was a very good one. I admit that I was hesitant to read the opinions here but I said try. I bought a pair of ski boots, the delivery being very fast spain-romania 7 days respectively the order placed on january 27 delivered on february 3, exactly as on site is expected. Unfortunately the boots were not suitable for me and I returned them. The return and refund lasted 3 weeks. I ordered another pair of ski boots. They were also delivered in 7 days. I chose the cheapest courier for delivery, I hesitated to choose the postal services, for an extra difference of $ 10. I recommend this company. The only problem was that the bank refused to pay me on this site due to fraud and I had to transfer the money to a REVOLUT card in order to make the payment.
