I found the whole process to be very user friendly. The continuous communication ensured that I constantly knew exactly where in the process I was. The feedback function is also very valuable because you immediately know whether you are on the right track.

Important information is not readily made available on the website when you sign up for a super pass. People should be informed BEFORE they purchase a super pass that it is an ongoing subscription. That information seems hidden. And when ones tries to get a refund, evne though it says refunds are available if no tutor is found you don't receive one. Scam.

Superprof is a very user-friendly platform for both tutors and students, I like it's flexibility of allowing both online and face to face session. However I wish it should be one of the precautions to allow students to put in their pictures to increase safety measures..

I have been listed as a tutor on Superprof for a few years now. The students I have received were amazing. The process of making contact with the parent / student is easy. Booking and confirming of lesson is also easy.
