I ordered a LG bluetooth tower. Then my son told me that this is not a very reliable company as it has a lot of bad reviews. But my order came 2 days earlier and works very well. I don't know about others, but I definitely have Five Stars for this company.

I ordered "jbl T110 Wireless Headphones" and I have been delivered headphones WITH wire plug in, that I cannot plug on my phone due to lack of jack-plug. How useful... Maybe this comes from a lack of understanding of the word "wireless" meaning.. which means WITHOUT wire; In other words the complete opposite of the product I have been delivered. I really needed the item fast and Techinn had expedited shipping for a further £20ish, so I placed the order. Unfortunately, the order was showing as not shipped on the day it was due to arrive, so I contacted them via the support form, and they replied quickly and let me know that they were experiencing a delay to them and updated the delivery date. There was no point in canceling the order as it would have taken longer from elsewhere and it is fortunate I didn't as it arrived within 48hrs and days before the updated delivery date. This was the only issue and why I've selected four stars instead of five is simply since I had paid extra to get the item earlier. While it may not have been Techinn's fault that it was late they also didn't provide an update until I contacted them, but they were polite and friendly and were sorry it had happened. The item itself is great and exactly what I paid for and as advertised so I would have been happy to give five stars if I had been contacted about the delay.

I ordered nine Seagate Hard-drives. Products arrived on time (no issue with hauler). However the team in TechINN warehouse who packaged the goods did a poor job, the HDD's were just lobbed into a carton with plenty of room to knock around. They placed 3 bags of air on top (just to fill the height of the box - the air bags gave no protection to the actual HDD's from lateral/side to side movement in transit). I checked the HDD's out with a service tool (AOMEI Partition Assistant Pro) which showed they are okay but I do expect the service life of the HDD's to be shortened due to vibration, impact and the shock they received in transit from being able to move around in this fashion. None of the HDD;s were bubbled wrapped. Each one would have banged back and forth against one another in transit. I reported the issue to TechINN support email three times in which I showed them photos, and explained the issue. - and three times they advised I make an account and log it through their system to make a formal return of product. (Like I said above they check fine on software AOMEI, however I do expect a shortened life, or unexpected failure to occur in the drives in the future - which I was hoping TechINN would compensate me for/or at least offer me some buyer protection should the HDD's fail in short space of time, i.e. a replacement offer). Instead of addressing the matter - they insisted I return them (on formality) which is a shame. A returned HDD which checks out fine would only serve to make me look like I'm complaining over nothing as they do check fine with HDD software. I would not purchase from here again. Cheap prices (but do not purchase fragile or delicate electronics from this supplier). Thanks for reading.

The product that I received was exactly as described, and even better! Because I live in Ireland, I got a plug adapter (from European to Irish plug), feee of charge. Such a nice gesture! We paid alot of money for next day delivery because we were desparate for the part. The delivery was delayed which was annoying. I was hesitant to place an order with this company in Spain because of the post Brexit problems. But the price was so keen, I decided to give them a try. I am so pleased I did. From placing the order, to receiving the gas hob was 6 days. Perfect! The tracking data given made it easy to follow the progress of the package. ALL import charges including border UK VAT, etc., were included in the advertised price so I had nothing further to pay upon arrival. And the best part, I saved over £150 on the best UK price. I would happily purchase from them again, and highly recommend Tech Inn.

I had never heard of them but a quick phone call confirmed they were in Spain, and a product check confirmed the expected delivery schedule. The price was ok, the shipping costs good so all was ordered up. Goods arrived, safely, securely and within time advised. What is not to like. Feedback, suggestion, a little more packing in an oversized box would help protect the goods, the shipping box had some damage and a little on the product box too. if this had been a shelf display item it would not have been so good, as it was, it is going straight to site so no issues for me.

Delivery service is not great. Order was delivered late, customer service tried to blame brexit when item did not leave Spain until Friday 19th February when it was due to be delivered in the UK. The order was placed on Monday 15th February , according to tracking details was in transit in Spain for 4 days which has nothing to do with Brexit. Once the item left Spain there was no delay getting through customs.
