  I love these products but I restarted the subscription service recently and have been inundated with the same product. Over the space of a week or so they have sent 2 and then were sending 2 more. I have been in communication but they are only cancelling and refunding one payment. So I am nearly £40 down and will have 3 jars and months to use them. Evidently data protection means they can’t rectify the mistake as they can’t view my account because my card details are there. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. If I order again I will not subscribe.

  The site can be easily found and easy to navigate. Delivery was fairly quick and well packaged. The product is lovely, that's why I ordered a second time. The Rose and Frankincense face cream is rich and only a small dab is needed. I have also ordered the Rose and Frankincense facial serum but as yet have not tested/tried it.

  Originally found the lemon balm and peppermint lip balm on Amazon.ca and ordered a few times because it’s amazing! When it wasn’t found next time I went to their website and ordered more. Received my order to Canada in just 7 days and am very happy with the products.

  Have used this lip Balm for just over a year . I used to have trouble with coldsore's and from using this miracle Balm I haven't had any from the day i started using it . I now will not use anything else . Would definitely recommend

  I have been using The Ilex Wood cleanser and serums for about 5 years. The suit my skin and lifestyle. I have sensitive skin and have never had any reactions. I had a problem with a delivery , I contacted Ilex Wood and they responded straight away to sort it out . Many Thanks for wonderful products and a great service.

  Brilliant products & service. Love the feel of the natural ingredients on my skin, which lasts all day. Skin feel soft & supple. On my over 60 year old skin, lines are less visible. Cost is extremely reasonable. I won't shop anywhere else for my skincare products.

  I had a terrible very itchy rash appear on my thighs out of the blue. I tried everything then remembered that Calendula is good for such things. I searched on internet but chose this company for the first time and was very impressed with her ethos. Ordered and very quick delivery. Within days I noticed a difference and by the end of 2 weeks it has all but gone and stopped me scratching on the first day. Will definitely use this lovely company again. Thank you for such lovely clean green products 🥰🙏

  I've used products from the ilex wood company for several months now. On the whole I love them, I feel better since using them and having moved to their deodorant I am in control of how I smell rather than other deodorants becoming ineffective.

  I have ordered the lemon balm & peppermint lip balm previously as I suffer with cold sores. As this was ordered a couple of years ago I had forgotten I had been sent a 10% discount, just after I had made this order I received an email with a 10% discount but it was too late to use! I ordered the Gentle Natural deodorant as the reviews looked very good, however, unfortunately I won’t be using this regularly as it leaves a lot of white residue on the skin and also on your clothes which is a great shame. I will continue to buy the lip balm as this works really well in the prevention and treatment of cold sores.

  Lovely creams and eye serum roll on. I waired 2 weeks after purchasing to leave a revie, to see how i get on with them. Would highly recommend, a little goes a long way and i will purchase again. I use rose for the day and bergamot for night.. Perfect!

  Have just discovered The Ilex Wood while buying for my Mum, then decided to try them myself and have fallen a little bit in love with this company. Their goods are carefully, intelligently crafted, and products feel light yet are very effective. Especially noted as both soothing and restorative if feeling under par. If items feel unaffordable, I would recommend trying their range of small samples (also handy as cute Xmas gifts) and their generous bundles. The products do last well enough. Lots of lovely quality ingredients. Simple attractive packaging too. Although I was quoting it to people as “Alex Wood” on first glance, but not hard to locate it online. My sole negative issue is that is the printed detail on the reverse of the little sample tins is illegible; needs to be bigger or in a different font. People must be able to check ingredients in case of allergies. But otherwise, fab!

  I love my ilex wood moisturiser. This is the second time I have bought it. It lasts ages as you only need a little and although it looks firm in the pot it melts with the warmth of your fingers and goes on so smoothly. It has really benefited my older skin - I am 57 - and all dryness has gone and my skin feels really supple plus it smells amazing ! This time I also bought the lip balm and that it fabulous too !

  I have used both the rose and the frankincense and bergamot face creams. Both are so natural and smell lovely. They are oily as they are natural but I don't mind this. The face serum is also lovely and smells divine. I also have the roller eye serum and this feels nice when I put it on
