Verified reviewABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. SERVICE My order took 10 days to arrive, and when it did arrive the wrong item was sent. I have made contact twice to ask how they intend replacing with the correct item. I have had one reply saying if I decided to return my order (at my expense), details were on the website. My second contact, which explained again that they had sent the wrong item, ha s been ignored. So problem currently unresolved. Very poor service indeed!
