Ordered Nike socks from this website. I had not used this particular site before but reviews seemed ok. I had struggled to find the size I needed but found them here at a good price. I decided to place an order and see what happened. Delivery was maybe a little slow but the socks arrived a week later. Exactly what I wanted and I will be re-ordering more. Would definitely recommend.

Trainers did not fit and there was an £11 charge to return them. This money was taken from my account immediately, it took several weeks to get my refund and had to chase for it on 2 occasions.

Very wasteful packaging for 2 Camelbak 1l bottles. I thought the box was smaller but no, it was a good 60x30x30cm at least. Good price on the bottles but delivery took way longer than expected. I have my bottles now for €1 less each then if I got them in Ireland. Idk think more eco friendly for packaging please.

I ordered the color black, in the photos in the store is clearly black, unfortunately, in practice it is gray. For me, the color is important, I work as a security guard in the store and these shoes were to be for work to the uniform, they must be in black, not gray. I do not know if this is a mistake or you just have bad, inaccurate photos, but this item is not as described. I don't have time to wait for a replacement, I have to go to work on Monday and so I will buy other shoes locally. That’s why I ordered more expesive package from Spain (with description „ black color”). I could leave these shoes for private walking at the price of 99,99 zloty ( the some like In Decathlon where is frree shipping), so it is 66 zł back. I don’t want to pay for your mistakes. If you do not like it, I will ask for a return label at your expense, since these shoes are not black.

3 items ordered. Waited forever and still nothing delivered only to find out 1 item was out of stock so they were waiting for that before dispatching anything. This was not made clear enough at the point of ordering. Cancelled the out of stock item and remainder arrived a week later. Both items disappointing. Deliberately chose a Mammut beanie hat advertised as lined - it isn’t. There is a narrow band of lining around the rim but the hat itself isn’t- useless for what I need it for - not as described. The Spyder fleece jacket was meant to be small. Hate to think what the large is like, it feels and looks like wearing a potato sack - oversized and poor shaping and cut. All in all a total waste of money and weeks of time.
