  We were looking for a used car and had visited several garages previously that day. Craig was the sales person and he was excellent. He listened to what our requirements were and was able to source the ideal vehicle for us. Craig was friendly and professional throughout - a real credit to Macklin Motors. Without him we may have bought elsewhere. Ryan, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful.

  Macklin Motors Vauxhall Dunfermline were fantastic because I was originally looking to downsize my vehicle but after looking at smaller cars they were not suitable. I wasn't pressured to buy an unsuitable car and was given time to research Dacia as I didn't know much about them.

  I had a pleasant experience and Nicola was very patient with me. Had never used Macklin before this purchase. Transaction was easy enough to do, no hard sell and no pressure when i advised i wanted to think about it. Paperwork was easy to complete, and they did their best to get me a good deal. Only one issue, i never received the follow up call to make sure everything was okay, which was disappointing, and also i had noticed a crack on windscreen after collecting, which is my own fault for not phoning right away, but thought i would bring it to their attention at follow up call. Have used Autoglass who advised windscreen will eventually need replaced if repair does not hold. So a bit disappointed that I had not noticed and it was not pointed out to me. Learnt my lesson and will be more vigilant in future.

  Found a car that looked right for me on the Vertu site, which had all the main info I needed. The dealership offered a refundable deposit so that I could reserve the car until I had been able to test drive it. They made the purchase process easy and were polite and porfessional throughout. I'd use them again for sure.

  I bought a second hand Jaguar from Vertu. The price was comparable to a non-Jaguar specialist and the service was superior. I will look there first for servicing and when the time comes to change the car.

  I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield to a friend because from the moment we arrived it felt like we had known Darren Martin all my life. He had our total interest at heart. Very polite and very knowledgeable. The reception from everyone was second to none.

  My experience at Vertu Honda Nottingham was fantastic because I was afforded the most professional and courteous service from Samuel Savory. I cannot fault his attention to detail and explanation of everything involved in my potential and subsequent purchase. The test drive was the best I have ever experienced with extremely useful information given during the time we were driving the vehicle.
