    Customer services was great, I was going in holidays and I needed the statue to be delivered 3 weeks later, they organised it and yes on the date they said, I was contacted for my delivery. The statue looks better than in the website, lot of compliments. So everything was perfect

    As a repeat customer, I believe that a true reflection of a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. In this instance, I purchased one of the Japanese lanterns to add to the ones we already have. Due to problems in transit (down to the transport company) it transpired that one of the smaller components was fractured. I took photos of this and emailed Wanda. In less than 2 hours, Raphael responded not merely to acknowledge my email but to offer a solution. That was, that a replacement part would be sent to me. In due course, the item duly arrived and we were able to set up the votive in the garden for Christmas, as per our original plan. So, well done Wanda and Raphael in particular.     not a great experience first delivery never arrived was told it would take a long time as customs was backed up then after a few weeks in transit it was found to be broken. second delivery was a couple of months later that one arrived within a week which didn’t make sense after the custom’s story. once the item arrived i had to get help to remove from lorry as the driver had no means of doing this. it was very large and heavy . never should of happened. then i discovered it had a fair bit of damaged . after talking to customer service i was offered £30 compensation for a £580 item as they didn’t want to take it back. i refused and was then offered £60. after a week or so i was offered £200 which was enough to get it repaired. the whole experience wasn’t good ordered in april received in september

    Good morning and thank you for your message. We do confirm first shipment was damaged by the transport company before it crossed the border. We had to wait for a new product arrival before being able to organize another shipment. Delivery was just not up to our standards and we made a formal complaint to the transport company. We then made our best to find a solution were you would be able to use the product you ordered despite all the problems. My manager authorized me to exceed regular compensation given this special situation. We sincerely apologize for these problems and for the inconvenience. The vast majority of our shipments never have any problem and the situation with Customs has recently improved quite significantly. Thank you.

    Great product and good customer service but schenke Uk delivery was terrible. They delivered 2 items in same consignment on different days with no warning at all. The second heavy delivery of stone sink was notified “delivery today “ in an email so I has the day off work to wait in my house. But no show on 2 days like this. On third day the driver turned up at 8:00 unananouced and it was lucky I was in. The driver dropped the heavy pallet on a busy street 100m away from my address and had no pallet hand card. I was left with the goods on the street whilst I looked for a solution to get it home. Eventually a shop keeper borrowed me a hand cart that I used to transport to my door If I was an older person or lack confidence the package would have stayed on the street As sick I was unable to inspect my goods before the driver departed

    I have not given this product a star number because it was damaged when it arrived , I phoned the company & the chap that answered was very helpful & has re-orderd the product for me . I believe the product was damaged in transit judging by the damage on the casing .

    Product came on time, was contacted by final carrier who was very cheerful and helpful. Initial message on how to track it was in french which I dismissed as sent to wrong site but had I opened it would have found details in English and easy to follow. Meantime customer service at Wanda had answered my query. Was very impressed by the packaging, truly strong and protective crate. Was delighted with the lantern, just what I hoped for .

    Very bad communication called so many times got a call back just once was told my fountain would arrive 1st week of August didn't arrive till third week of September after chasing it and end of summer really disappointed no compensation given was told I got a 15%discount September was not far from the original date which is not right I got a 10%discount which is an offer which is always available in some kind of discount and a month late is not the same and didn't appreciate the email when I spoke to them on the phone why not call back so I could explain it anyway I think I should have been kept informed and not chase it up not happy with the service and attitude

When you placed the order for the fountain it was already out of stock and indicated provisional shipping date was 31st of August. Unfortunately we were facing important difficulties with transports, making it hard for us to receive or send some of our most popular products.The situation is slowly improving but we were only able to send your order on the 17th of September. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication during the process we really try to be available and anwer emails, chats and phone calls as soon as we can., usually within the day. You did benefit from a 10% discount (and not 15%) and this discount is not always available on our website.     they have sent me a defective teak bathroom vanity unit, that costs £600. I have rejected it and sent it back, and now I have to wait for them to receive it (2 weeks already), so they could send a new one.. Totally unacceptable behavior!

    I ordered two things for my bathroom which i couldnt get in Germany at all. A delivery to Germany is not so easy at all, as the webshop didnt recognize the adress properly. But no problem, the customerservice reacts in real short time with perfect communication. Delivery within a week! One of the ordered goods was damaged during transport, although well packed by the store. Fortunately i could repair it, and the real friendly staff at Wanda refounded me with a remarkable sum of money or my efforts. Very very good!

    Didn’t realise when we ordered how heavy this water feature was. We live in a terraced house with no side access so getting through house to garden was difficult. Once unpacked and in place, we thought we had a blockage in one of the pipes and then we realised a plastic nozzle which was blocked and when we eventually released it we found it controlled the flow of water through the Urn which the Buddha is holding. It would have been helpful to have a simple instruction leaflet with package explaining about this. Very pleased now all sorted and running properly.

    I am so glad I found Wanda Collection, I had been looking for a Japanese Lantern to go next to my Koi pond for years and the only ones I could find were the standard concrete ones which I didn't fancy, I wanted something different more authentic, I was so impressed by what I saw that I ended up getting three (The wife was not happy) but once they arrived she loved them, they are just stunning, I am in the process of installing flicker effect LED's. WOW! Can not recommend them enough. From start to finish I was kept informed of my order and when they arrived they were well packed and in perfect order. Thank You Wanda Collection.

    I’m so pleased with the service I received. They sink came from France to the UK. Packaged very well. With a tracking number.     Ordering was easy, but by modern standards there was little or no feedback on the status of the order and no update on the website. Delivery estimates were two months which leaves a lot of leeway. When I chased by email I always got a reply (which was great) but not a lot of detail. For such a large heavy item on a pallet, i would expect delivery information to be readily available.
