This is my third time using Waveinn and now unfortunately probably the last. I spent a fair bit of time looking for and researching the Penn 460 slammer live liner before committing to purchase it. As always Waveinn was the cheapest place I could find one. Shipping is longer than buying from the UK but always arrives on or just before the estimated time. The packaging is always good and considering how far your package travels, always arrives in pristine condition. HERE'S my issue, The reel which arrived was not the reel which was advertised!!! The pictures and write up of the reel were for a live liner spinning reel which is the reason I went for it. The reel which arived was a Penn slammer 460, which is not a live liner with a rear drag and switch which was clearly pictured in the add, And which was described in the write up!!! Although this reel is a fantastic bit of kit it's not what was ordered or expected. I contacted customer service to raise the issue but have not received any reply for over a week? Admittedly I made it clear that I would keep the reel as I don't need or want the hassle of returning it, I would have expected a response to my query if just for an apology or an explanation?? This has now made dealing with Waveinn in the future a bit of a problem, as I can no longer trust the description of a product and hope to receive what i think I have ordered??? If a supplier goes to the trouble of photographing and describing an item then they should have the decency to supply said item!!! And customer service should have the decency to reply to an Email you would have thought?? One star would be harsh but this review deserves no more than two. This experience is of my own opinion but I hope I brings to the surface a problem that Waveinn should look into, and make any potential buyers ask questions and double check before buying and being disappointed??

AVOID!!!! It’s been over three months and I’ve still not received my item. I’ve contacted customer support a number of times and they keep telling me to contact the delivery firm as they can help. I’ve not been able to resolve this problem and I would advise anyone shopping with this company to be careful. The customer service is dreadful!

I’ve given up with this company. I won’t be using them again.they are refusing to take responsibility. It’s been signed for by god knows who and the signature is a pathetic squiggly line. They’ve made no attempt to sign it as me I can even send my driving licence to compare it to.

Easy to find the item at the website, easy to navigate through the purchase process. The size table matched perfect if you use the one from Helly Hansen. The sizes are a little big so there is room for clothes under it. I bought with DHL 2 days delivery but they didn’t match that, it got halted halfway and arrived after another two days.

A really excellent Shimano Catana telescopic fishing rod. I love it and it really suits my purposes. It’s just the right size and fits in my day backpack. My only criticism was that the postage was slow but that probably was my own fault because I chose the cheapest delivery option, but it did arrive in good condition. Excellent product!

I ordered a upf50 sunhat with a relatively large brim , it was send from Spain to The Netherlands in only a foil bag, resulting in brim being bend and making the product therefore not useful at all. I contacted customer service, which was a disasted (I was asked to use yet another and another way of contacting, instead of sending a simple link to website where the damaged product should be announced). After a lot of struggle just to send the complain, I was contacted by the customer service with a rediculous offer of an €8 discount on a +/-€50 worth damaged hat if only I wouldn't send it back... I still did return the product. Now the status says that the estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks(!!!!!!!!!). I am a person ordering 99% of what my household needs online, but this is just beyond what I could imagine can go wrong with returning a product . I will definitely NEVER order here again! What a disaster! I don't even know if/when I will get my money back. Totally unacceptable!!!!
