  I’m very disappointed because I ordered a black leotard that was available at the time of order, so paid for it. After a month I was emailed that the item was out of stock and discountinued. So waiting more than a month for delivery is already not a good service and being told that wasn’t available after a month is even worst! I have recently saw online the leotard through a different seller but full price and only few available - they didn’t had it before!!! Quality of items is really good but very disappointed with service and communication Thank you Kind Regards

  But why it took one month to prepare the parcel? You have to think that your delivery charge is higher than other companies too so ideally your service should be very fast almost to justify the expensive delivery charge. I hope this makes sense to you. Kind Regards

  The first order arived within 2 weeks, but we needed a larger size. We had to wait another 6 weeks (!!) before that finally arrived. Returning is not for free. (€15 if you want to send it back).

The first email have been sent when the parcel was ready for shipment, in order to confirm the delivery address as the country had been mistakingly enetered. Then, a confusion came around the shipment. First, we have found out your parcel which was in fact still on hold at the factory. Then, we had an issue with our carrier with the shipment to our facilities in France, your parcel was include in the shipment had been hold for 4 open days end of september (which is really very exceptionnal). And finally, as you indicated, the package was finally delivered to the correct address thanks to our efforts together. We thank you for your patience and understanding.   the website was okay. I ordered new tights, because I had the Alban tights before and I really like those. Not really satisfied with the profucts, because the sizes really didn’t match with my Alban tights and therefore I can’t use the Malcom tights. The package arrived quickly.

  Thank you for your message. I just don‘t see, why the package has been returned. We have never received a message about a delivery attempt, nor by email neither in the mailbox. The latest status was, the delivery was stuck in transit for more than a week. I assume the status wasn‘t updated correctly. We would really need the ordered items as soon as possible, so please let us know, when we can expect it.

  I’d love to see some more Leotards under wich one can wear a bra! Just a litte less deep cut in the back would be nice or just some additional cover over the back line.

  Unfortunately the order was incomplete. After a couple of months from the order date I recived only 1 item of the 2 I ordered (the skirt but not the leotard). Now I’m leaving and I hope the customer service will help me sending it to my new address, since I need it in maximum a couple of week. I didn’t expect so many problems.
