  I would highly recommend this seller, not only was the clock beautiful, the template and instructions that came for mounting it was easy to follow. I was impressed with the clear loving care taken to not only make the hand crafted item, but also the free gifted key ring and the way the item were beautifully packaged. Everyone who visits us for the first time remarks on it too. 100% happy, thank you.

  Great clock which looks fantastic on our kitchen wall. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the handles of the clock are a bit flimsy, the minute hand won’t stay where it should do, so it’s more of an art piece than a clock.

  Great clock, great service. This was the second clock I purchase. It arrived quickly and unfortunately I had a small issue. I sent the team an email in the morning, had a reply with a resolution before I even had lunch. Now enjoying my click everyday. Would definitely recommend.

  A very novel and personalised product. I myself, after trying the clock with three colours stuck to two colours. for our front room's colours it was the perfect fit. It is a piece of art as well as functional. The service was great and instructions also clear and easy to follow. I saw that the parts stick on that woody effect wall paper so it has no problems sticking to a painted wall.

  The clock ordered has never arrived, and despite numerous emails and telephone calls there was no response. In the end I had to reclaim my money through the credit card company. Customer service is an absolute joke as it is non existent and how they can ask you to review a product that they must know was not received is beyond belief. Suggests that they don't bother to read their emails or listen to the voicemails left for them.

  You say that you have sent a couple of emails regarding the clock, other than automated responses saying that you would reply as soon as possible, the first response following my email on 18th November last year was on 16th January asking if I was satisfied with the product. There is nothing in my junk mail and the fact that I received your automated responses suggests that nothing else had been received. Looking at other reviews replies to email and telephone messages do seem to be a problem

  The clock we ordered was totally the wrong colour as described on the website and in the pictures on their website. We have been waiting for weeks for them to respond to emails and phone messages. Do not buy anything for this company.

  I couldn't be more pleased with my clock, its great and I've received many compliments. I wanted something different, and it's exactly that, and even personalised to my own colour choice.   The clock itself looks nice, but is definitely not worth £95!! Poor value for money, given it’s just some circles of Perspex & a £6 clock mechanism. Within 2 weeks of having the clock the clock mechanism broke. I emailed Amy’s decor twice & just get an automated reply. Still haven’t heard from them / VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would not recommend this company!!!!

  I placed this order and it arrived on time. However, the order was supposed to be custom duty paid but I had to pay the duty of £86. Was very disappointed but when I complained, full duty refund was given no questions asked as I had provided proof of duty paid. Would deal with this company again.

  Their customer service is appalling. I was trying to speak to someone for days without success. Plus the quality of the product is so poor. I bought a wall clock and the design inside the front glass of the clock is just a colorful paper cutting which wasn't even glued properly!!! So yes, very disappointed

  I can't fault the website, ordering process, delivery or installation instructions. There are a great number of options and picking the design and colour was very satisfying. It's a talking point in my kitchen :) Note that the item comes from France.

I was a bit worried because the stick-on numbers and colour blocks looked very simple when they arrived but once on the wall it looks fabulous and is really unique.

  Ordered 2 clocks, arrived within timeslot, very easy to construct with template, lovely contemporary addition to my walls. One clock mechanism was faulty and replacement was sent out posthaste!

  I was very excited to find amysdeco as I wanted a clock that was different. Website was great, easy to navigate and easy to try different colours in the different styles. Great communication, updated at every step and clock arrived within a week. Fantastic, highly recommend.

  Can’t believe I paid over £100 for a few pieces of plastic. Very poor quality, the sticking pads don’t stick, had to end up using blue tack to stick to wall. Wish I’d asked for my money back.
