  We are sorry for what happened. The shipment was packed directly by the distributor for Italy. We have reported the issue to them, and they confirmed that the package was labeled with a "Fragile" sticker and a "Do Not Turn Upside Down" notice (as can be seen in the photos you sent). For shipments within Italy, this would normally be sufficient, but it seems that UPS did not take those instructions into account. In the future, we will arrange for dedicated packaging. As you may have seen from our feedback, it is overwhelmingly positive, and we are truly sorry to receive such a negative one due to improper handling of the package. Here in Italy, parcels marked as Fragile are handled differently. We understand your disappointment, but fortunately, the product was not damaged. If any issues arise, we are at your disposal.   It was the best online shopping in my life. I ordered several items including a bulky one. I am living in Ticino and don’t have any legal address in Italy. And I wanted to save a bit of a money on delivery (delivery within Italy was free, but to Switzerland - 65€). Somehow they noticed my desire themselves. When I have already paid for delivery to Switzerland, they contacted me and proposed to deliver everything to the closest BRT hub on Italian side. Then they cancelled and refunded my existing order, I created a new one, and they adjusted it accordingly. Overall it was perfect experience

  I found this store to be excellent, offering competitive prices. I purchased a new Thule roof box at a significant discount, which ended up costing less than a used one from our local market, even with shipping included to Lithuania. After placing my order, I was informed of a mistake in calculating the delivery cost, which was initially quoted at 50 EUR but turned out to be over 120 EUR. However, the seller assured me that they would cover the extra cost themselves because every customer is important to them. The customer support provided was exceptional; the staff were proactive in addressing customer queries and even provided regular updates on the delivery status, although I hadn't specifically asked for them. The shipping took approximately 9 days from Italy to Lithuania, and the package arrived intact. I highly recommend shopping from this store. Best of luck with your business!
