This was to replace a much cheaper food processor that sounded like a rocket taking off. This is like cchanging from a steam engine to a nuclear powered version. It’s quiet in comparison and so much more robust and high quality product. Expensive but hopefully with a brilliant guarantee in place, will last me for years

Purchasing the product was fine but actually receiving the product from DHL was a nightmare. The product was not delivered within the window specified, the delivery website did not update to reflect this so I could not organise redelivery as it only showed dates in the past. I was then told it would be delivered on the day in question, only for it not to arrive repeatedly. Some days I waited in only for nothing to show up. I couldn't remain in to wait for it - given this kept on happening. Then one day I got a phone call from a delivery driver who was lost. I told him repeatedly I wasn't in, to leave it with a neighbour or let me reschedule for another day. He said he'd return it to the depot only, for me to then receive an email saying I'd accepted delivery for the item; it was unreal. I rang my neighbours only to find out the driver had just dumped it on my doorstep in the rain. This order was not small, it wasn't cheap either, and was plainly very visible from the street. For a product that costs so much, the delivery experience doesn't come close to being appropriate. Magimix need to find a different delivery partner. This was meant to be a gift for a loved one, but I won't be ordering another product online from them while they're still using DHL.

Missed delivery windows, inaccurate tracking information, being told an item was returned when it was in fact left unattended, and leaving a large, expensive product exposed in the rain are all completely unacceptable. However, this does not excuse what you experienced, and we recognise that the service you received did not meet our expectations on this occasion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. This was a cause for concern, since we live in a climate where scams are commonplace, so I emailed customer services to check that everything was in order. Disappointed with Magimix overall – the product failed almost immediately, and their customer service has been slow and unhelpful. For a premium brand, I expected far better. Sadly, it feels like they rely on reputation rather than actual quality or support. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Not happy not worth the money. Not powerful enough and blades not sharp. When blending protein with ice takes very long time for ice to be blended. And it says it suitable for crushing ice. Too expensive and not powerful.
