  Coordination of the whole order, from placing the order, organizing the delivery to England, customs and ultimately getting to our house in Lymm was perfect despite Brexit. All the way we were kept informed by Viadurini on its progress and final delivery to our house in Lymm was on the day we requested.

  Dear Customer, we are really sorry to receive this negative review, especially because we do not have any records of emails from you where you tell us that you hadn't received the order yet. We weren't aware of the delay and we had no chance to intervene earlier. We are really sorry! However, we have now contacted the courier and they told us that the order has reached the warehouse of the local correspondent recently. They are waiting to know when they can arrange the delivery to you and they will call you to communicate the day. We can keep in touch though. We'll let you know as soon as we have news!   product is great, VERY heavy. Assembly instructions were generic and I used some bolts with shorter threads to screw the top tightly to the frame, but the pieces were as desired.

  The customer service was excellent. However the item took significantly longer than stated. Once I have received the item it was significantly different than what was shown on their website. I dissatisfied with the product and the general time taken, I would recommend that you check the product is what is advertised and have a clearer understanding of what they mean by 'slight differences'

  The stools look great, there very easy to put together. They did take a long time to arrive, however, with most furniture the lead times are usually several weeks, with the current transport and shipping issues it’s expected. Viadurini answered my emails and kept me updated when I asked.

  I loved my chair, but although the chair cost £107 on the website it actually cost me £216. As well as the delivery cost to UK of £60 there was an extra charge of more than £30 for being outside the EU and then a poor euro exchange rate. I also had to apply to HMRC to register as a goods importer. Not sure I would have bought the chair if I had known all this!
