  I think they changed the bra size I used to be 75D but the stardust balcony and an other new model do not fit unfortunately so I had to return my whole order. Other than that everything looked great and returning was easy.

  It's not my first online purchase from Aubade UK, so I can categorically say that their service is excellent, efficient and seamless from the purchase point to delivery.   It’s just a terrible experience from ordering to delivery, along with the hassle if you wanted to return anything or get in touch. I don’t understand how a company with such quality and beautiful product wouldn’t fit out their customer experience operation. For example even receiving an email from global e instead of aubade just shows a lack of customer experience consideration. When the easiest thing to do would be to just ask global e to change the emails to reflect aubade rather than them. Then the logistics of returning something is wild. Why they wouldn’t have an agreement with a carrier to pick up returns and ship back to France. For such a well known luxury brand to not consider a luxury experience given the prices is just frankly underwhelming.

  Love the brand, love the bras but my problem is sizing and returns. The cost to return a bra is ridiculous. I would buy more if I had confidence in the sizing of the bras. The website is clunky and doesn’t show out of stock items in the sizes. So can often spend 30/40 minutes trying to find something. Quality of the bras and panties are superb though, couldn’t fault. Shame they don’t use a UK shipment facility. And all the stores are now closed in London.

  I was disappointed by the quality of the product. I bought a bikini and find the quality poor, not a good cut, not good material. I would not recommend. Also I was not fully refunded from a return as I bought in the Uk. The customer service was nice and very professional though.

  I have been wearing Aubade products for over 30 years and I can honestly say they NEVER disappoint. If they will keep doing what they are doing it’s a brand I will wear forever. The superb quality, the fit, I know I can buy my size and it will be perfect as always, and that’s what I love because I hate shopping in lingerie stores and always buy online. I never have to return anything. With Aubade it’s all about the details and you can tell they pay great attention to them, especially with their luxury lines (which I totally adore). The only downside is you are spoiled forever and can never go back once you are used to this. So know what you get yourself into. ;)

  I spent a lot of money buying two bikinis for my summer holidays. They arrived and look great. However, the black bikini arrived with massive marks on them. It's all white and won't brush off. I was worried about washing it incase it wouldn't come off or would get worse so I contacted customer services for assistance. Having contacted customer support immediately, I am still awaiting a response! A month has passed and I have heard nothing back yet other than your matter is being dealt with. All information and photos were provided as requested. I am still chasing them for a response - this is done almost weekly. I spent a lot of money purchasing these two bikinis and to not have someone take my concerns seriously is a disgrace. I have now complained about the lack of response and again the company doesn't seem to care. I have two bikini's that are not in adequate condition and no one is responding! This is just a disgrace from such a big company. On top of all this the gold bikini is turning black in patches where the material is obviously not of good quality. Be warned when using this company if you aren't happy nothing will be done. They have your money and don't care.

  I totally LOVE Aubade bras. I am a 38E and it is almost impossible to find a bra that fits well and, more importantly, looks sexy! These do both. Just wish they translated the bra shape into a bikini..ie underwired, supportive but sexy too.

  Good site, simple navigation and ordering experience. One thing I am frustrated about is that some of the photos are not very clear - the details are not bright enough to be distinguished from shadow. Perhaps if the black sheer trunks were on a lighter skinned model or mannequin then it might be easier. The photos are sexy, alluring, attractive, but difficult to make out on a mobile or even computer browser screen.

  Love the products but will not be buying direct again unless I know the style will be right for me due to the returns being expensive and complex. Have to return through DHL and as I ordered 2 orders these could not be returned in 1 package. Excuse given was import tax however as products were originating from and returning to there is not tax implications. Asked for refund on 2nd return package but it was ignored. Not impressed by the customer service or returns process. Just under £20 to return the bits I did not want to keep as not suitable.

  I have been a happy and faithful customer of aubade for years but I recently returned 4 items and only got refunded for 3. I have emailed them 3 times to try to get my full refund but they have totally ignored me. Beautiful products but appalling customer service.

  AWFUL!!! What an absolute awful company and company service. The reurn process and responses take a week. Return labels dont work and to find an international return centre is nearly impossible. The bras are really illfitted. For the money they charge you’d expect top notch. Want all my money back for all the hassle but of course they wont reimburse you.
