  Very poor customer service. I placed order on 30 July and money was debited from my account on 31 July. When I placed the order, it said delivery would take up to 5 days. When I telephoned on 9 August to chase, I was told the order may have been lost. I finally received my order on 14 August. Looking at the Delivery Note which is all in French, I suspect it may have come from France or a French speaking country. Will not order from this company again. Boots do something similar so I'll go there in future

  I did not receive an email confirming my order. However on checking my credit card account I found a payment for the amount spent had been charged by Auriseo Cahore France, no mention of Audilo. I then received this request for a review on Monday but still no message from Audilo. I then received an email from Evri about delivery of a parcel from B2C Europe yet another mystery. I have now received the parcel from Evri, no complaint with their service. I won’t be ordering from you again and will not recommend your firm

  Looking over the site and placing my order, making payment no problems. Smooth and efficient. Advised then it would be delivered in just a fewdays. It took 10 days to receive the goods by courier. But for this long delay you could have had five stars. Suggest when your receive orders from with the UK, please advise your customers that they will be sent from France.

  Order placed on Sunday. The next day received e-mail saying it had been dispatched. Still hadn't arrived the following Monday a week later. Rang to check where it was and received some glib excuse about delivery delays. Then got an e-mail the following day to say it had just been received by the courier so clearly had not been dispatched as I had been told a week earlier. As of today after more than a week from my order I still don't have the item I ordered.

  The order was advertised as taking 72 hours to delivery but it took 9 days to notify me of the delay and reason for it. I ran out of hearing aid batteries, had to buy some locally. And then found these were cheaper than from Audilo so won’t be using them again.

  Please dont waste your time.im chasing 2 seperate desperately needed orders from last month that havent arrived.they do not state that the orders come from france.zero communication by email or through contact us page. Several phone calls from me and im fobbed off saying my complaint has gone to head office..i want my money back!!..will never use again..parcels just sitting over a week at pick.up point apparently..no care by this company who need to obviously use a different courier company.shamefull to just allow parcels to be sat around with no emails either about expected delivery date..my disabled son is without ear defenders because i cant afford more....terrible!

  Sorry, cant rate the product, because i didn't receive it. 🙄 Item was ment to be free delivery. Got a card through door from parcel force, saying they had my parcel. To get it they wanted approx £97, custom charges. I called audilo costumer service. (Atrocious) They said they would find out what happened. Said they would call me back. No call. Got an email to say, nothing like that had happened before. 🤔 And I would either get my item or a refund. This was approx 2 weeks ago, so been waiting about a month altogether. Phoned twice since then. Every Time I give them Ref number, they can't find it. Have to explain the whole process again. I was rather rude when I first called. Yes, uncalled for, but I did apologise on second call (same person) 😁 Anyway I decided I wanted to cancel at the start, because of all the palava. I was told I couldn't. I've been really irate over this 🤬 Anyway, I do not recommend them. I would never use them again. I'm still waiting on answers. Glad I paid via PayPal. AUDILO, JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND. and have a lovely day. 🖕

  Ordered headphones 28th October. Had to ask about tracking and eventually was sent a link to Evri which stated that they had not yet received package from abroad. Today (7th November) the link has exactly the same message. Have contacted Audilo but up to now have had no reply
