  My experience at Bristol Street Motors in Macclesfield was amazing. It was my first visit to any dealership, and the service was outstanding, Josef talked through car options with me and there was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions on the spot. There was such a relaxed and friendly feel about the place that really put my mind at ease. The communication with Josef was brilliant throughout and no question was left unanswered. I would highly recommend this dealership.

  The staff at Bristol Street Motornation Tamworth were very helpful, Friendly and welcoming especially Jamie-Leigh Miles, I made an enquiry over the phone and asked if I could come and view the car, the staff over the phone said some will give me a call back in 30 minutes. Jamie-Leigh Miles called back with in 15minutes but due to bad connection in my office I could not speak to her, after 10 minutes she emailed 10 pictures of the cars from inside outside and also a video explaining about the car. In the email she did say she has booked me in for the viewing of the car for the time I asked for. Next day i went to view the car, Jamie welcomed me and my friend with a smile offered us a hot drink, before taking us for the test drive she did all the paper work for me and friend, she allowed us to drive the car. After the test drive, we drove back to their site, she gave us the full information about the car, finance option, warranty offers etc. While I was at their centre all of the staffs were presented professionally, had a smile on their face and every one where very respectful. we agreed on a date for me to pick up the car, Jamie even offered that they can deliver the car to my house for free which is 15miles away but i chose to collect the car which was 2 weeks after. During the 2 weeks i did call Jamie couple of times to ask many questions which i was not sure and all of the time she answered all of the questions with no issues at all. The day of collection, again i went with my friend, when we got there, we were welcomed again with respectfully and were offered hot drinks, after completing the paper work, Jamie again went through again about the warranty, breakdown cover etc which was very nice of her. The car was very clean and smelt very nice. Really happy with the offer service i was given, i will recommend them to my friends and family who are looking to buy a car.

  Staff were all very helpful and friendly, None of them were too pushy, and were happy to let us walk around and look at the cars. Helped to talk through our requirements for a vehicle, and what we needed. We were recommended 3 or 4 to look at. They responded to queries quickly.

  Was overall very happy with the experience. Ryan was very helpful explaining the information about the car and packages. Tom checked in on me on Ryan's day off. Ryan checked in on me a few days after getting my car to see how I was getting on and to make sure everything was ok, etc. Very good service.

  After being let down by another vehicle company, my experience with Bristol Street motors was quick and efficient, Michael who dealt with us was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for him. He is a credit to your team, he was always on hand and answered anything we needed during the process of purchase and the aftercare process also!   Brilliant experience. Everything was thoroughly explained to me from the car's features, to finance and service options and beyond. We were really taken care of and always felt like no question was too silly or too much trouble for them to answer. When I had questions after leaving the dealership I was able to email them and responses were quick and thorough.

  Bristol Street Motornation Tamworth is how all car dealerships should be! Right from first contact I was treated with courtesy and a genuine desire to find the right car for me. The staff are absolutely first class and the options of vehicles were shown to me in a very non-pushy manner which I really appreciated. Everything was very well explained and all the paperwork was there for me to take on handover. The vehicle was presented in great condition, very clean and well prepared and I am more than happy with my purchase. Not even the curve ball that I threw in (I wanted to keep my old numberplate) phased them and they dealt with the whole transaction with professionalism and good humour. Highly recommended, I know where I will be going back to for my servicing and next car (not for a while though, I'm enjoying my new car).

  My experience with Bristol Street Motors, Sunderland was exceptional. I have always driven Vauxhall, and wished to continue doing so. Sales Representative, Mr. Allan recognized my needs, and recommended a Vauxhall Insignia from one of the network of Bristol Street dealers. The car was delivered and checked out and within a couple of days, the sale was completed. I did have small queries that I wished to have checked, and Mr. Allan dealt with these immediately to my satisfaction. I am completely satisfied with my experience with the dealer, and the professionalism of their sales representative, and would not hesitate to recommend Bristol Street Motors

  The experience at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Durham was great because James, who sold me my car was exceptional at his job. From start to finish he was there to answer any questions I had. In fact all the staff there are really friendly. They go above and beyond to help find you your perfect car. This is the 3rd car I have bought from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get all my services and mot done there too. They really do look after you and provide a 1st class service.

  The sales staff or adviser I dealt with was helpful and professional. I had no headache purchasing my car from the day I sent an email expressing my interest in the car advertised until taking home felt effortless. The process was smooth and in the office the staff was friendly, we were offered drinks, and the toilets were extremely clean. They explained everything about the car and the finance process was clear. They bought us a good amount of fuel as I went with my partner which was used for a few days. I will recommend family and friends to Bristol Street Motors.

This was delivered from another of BSM garage for me to view at Bolton. But one member in particular; Gina Johnson made the entire process of buying your first car so much more straight forward.   Amazing Ren-tastic My experience at Bristol Street Motors Renault Nottingham was memorable because the salesman Will was very friendly, upbeat, positive and helpful, he helped me through the complete buying process with ease. The entire team and garage was an amazing experience, fully welcoming and informative about all the new Renaults that are available. Was the V.I.P treatment. Defiantly will be buying another Renault from them. I've never been to a better garage in my life, as most garages are very poor customer service and all about making money, feel fully looked after and I know my car will be fully looked after during a service for example. Top marks 10 of of 10. Because they were so good I took them my drawings of some Renault Clios I'd drawn which I hear are now on display at the garage.
