Went in to look at a car I wasn't 100% sure about and left with a different car that ticked all my boxes. Sion took the time to understand what I was looking for and instead of trying to sell me the car I was looking at, he took an extra step to find me a car that fit my requirements. The process was smooth and every person I dealt with was able to answer all my questions and alleviate some of the reservations I had. All in all a good experience.

Did the usual search on auto trader, selected the car I wanted to look at, visited the branch staff were very helpful, Kieran Grieve was very helpful, no pressure sale, explained everything clearly, including options on finance and servicing plan. All paper work clearly explained and printed out for me(I like paper copies) I wanted specific information on state of health of battery which was no trouble at all. The car had just had it's 1st MOT with a couple of advisories which were sorted before I picked car up which was brilliant, after sales service was 1st class too, checking all was ok with car and I was happy with it. I'd definitely recommend Newcastle branch.

Our expereince on the day was mared by the fact that the person we booked with to see veichles didnt turn up and we had to basically do it ourselves. We managed to get someone from the sales team to help as he didn't have a viewing but while he was helpful didn't really have the knowledge required. In the end it all worked out and was fine, we got a good price and a decent car, but could have been better experience. When we collected the car it had been cleaned and serviced and was ready for us so in that regard it was a good experience.

The experience at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Chesterfield was great because i was given amazing customer service by David Cooper-Fowkes. He listened to my car needs and preferences - I opted to buy my car outright without taking any finance, David tailored this specifically to me. I was made to feel extremely welcome from the initial visit to the showroom and felt very comfortable with the whole process - there was no pushy sales speak/patter just honesty. David was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and offered me fantastic advice and a service plan. He was available to answer any questions I had prior to the purchase and again he has advised that if i require any further help or guidance with my new car, i can also call up Bristol Street Chesterfield and ask for David in person - this is a very customer-centered approach to buying a vehicle plus after-care as it gives consistency for the buyer. David also surprised me and my family when i went to collect the car - he had prepared it with a huge red bow on the bonnet - a really lovely touch! 10/10 David. Keep up the great work. My parents have previously bought their car from David too and they also cannot recommend him highly enough.
