  Bristol Street Motors Silverlink supplied my latest car. They sourced the vehicle i wanted in a short period of time and presented it in an excellent condition. The salesman Tom Kenny and his manager were very knowledgeable and very helpful during the buying process. I will certainly be going back to Silverlink for my next car.

  Michael was great, we drove from a distance to view the car, he made sure everything was ready for us to drive, he didnt pressure us in any sense and he followed up post sales multiple times to make sure everything was okay

  New vehicles was damaged and not valeted properly. They said they’ve checked everything before they handed the keys over to me. No test drive offered and £30 was charged to me and was not filled up. I had to take an employee with me to the local garage to fill it up.

  Promised so much but failed to deliver. Sales department let down by Service taking over 2 weeks just to fit a tyre & conduct an MOT then still had to wait on day of handover as tyre/MOT wasn't done in good time. Now, just over 2 weeks after collecting the car & unfortunatly suffering a slow puncture, I find that the n/s/f tyre is below 3mm, worn unevenly and has previously been run flat which has then damaged the tyre sidewall. The o/s/f tyre isn't much better only just being on 3mm on the outer part indicating the tracking must be out. So, on a car that travelled 90 miles to roadtest with a n/s/r tyre that had failed an MOT in the previous August due to being in a dangerous condition (that was then forgotten about and only came to light when I was viewing the car), then to take 2 weeks to fit 1 n/s/r tyre & do the MOT before the Sales team agreeing to fit the o/s/r tyre as well due to the delays, to now find that I need to replace both front tyres & get the tracking done...funny enough, I asked several times over the phone and by email for a full report on the tyre conditions prior to collecting it but was never provided with it...now I can see why. Extremely dissapointed in Bristol Street - yes, I would recommed their Sales team but the preperation of the car by the Aftersales was far below a level that would be expected of a main dealer. One unhappy customer.

  Recently purchased a MK4 Focus and I've no regrets. The car was in immaculate condition inside and out.   I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership (Bristol Street Motors - Widnes) both for sales and service. Jack the salesman was very professional and friendly and took time to explain all my options. This is the sixth car we have bought from this dealership and quite honestly we wouldn't go anywhere else.

  We like Bristol Street Motors (particularly Ford vehicles) and have good experience of their quality and reliability. Bristol Street Orpington is a well managed site and provides excellent vehicle diagnosis during servicing. The agents are always very friendly and knowledgable. With regards our latest purchase we are very impressed with Ryan who sourced our vehicle relatively quickly and gave excellent service for the transaction including service plan and extended warranty package. Overall I am very pleased with the service given and also the great value for money of the new car.

  Rich and Rach at Bristol Street Motors at Carlisle have been incredibly profession and made my transition to EVs a real pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough.   I had Rhiannon and Niall help me find my perfect car. Nothing was too much for either of them. I told them to give me the best they had. We mustve looked at 30 different cars, test drove a good few and had over 50 appointments but they continued helping me with a smile. I couldnt have asked for better service and support in getting the car I love.
