    Great product, quick delivery, although 20mins notice to be home wasn’t enough! Got no email to give Me a delivery day, got a phonecall from delivery driver 20’mins b4 it was going to be delivered, luckily my neighbour was home to help! But driver was very friendly and allowed me time to sort something:)

    Ok but again not the best quality of timber sent Lots twisted and warped some damaged with spits and others look like bananas I can’t comment from other builder depots as I only use the Southgate one

    Item delivered was as expected but communication was very poor regarding delivery. No emails received to say it had been despatched, or a delivery date. The sink did turn up but I was not in so could not check content and it had to be left out in the rain. I appreciate this might be due to the delivery company used.

    Unfortunately, we never received the item despite it showing as available on the website (and still in stock today). An immediate refund was organised so no issue there but this delayed our hot water tank purchase, which is not what you want at that time of year.

I really apologise that you had a problem with your order. I can see that the order was placed on October 23rd 2022 at 8:09 PM. One of my colleagues who processes the orders picked this up the following morning and contacted the supplier as the item purchased is sent direct from them. They then advised my colleague that the item was not currently in stock. I can see that an email was then sent to you shortly after on October 24th 2022 at 9:13 AM to advised you of this and that a refund was going to be processed. As the item is something that we do not stock, we must send this over to the supplier to send out. It was only at this point that we were informed that the item was not in stock. I do apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused. We do aim to notify the customers of any issues that may occur with their order as soon as possible.     Quick delivery. Everything come on the date and time. The reason for 4 star is upon delivery the driver couldn’t help to get it in to the flat even though my dad ask to help him. He left it just outside the flat and my dad couldn’t take it in as it’s two mans job. I understand he said due to safely reason they not allowed to go instead the flat but I found it unfair after you paid delivery fee and the product I order is 4 plywoods. This thing need to evaluate.

    Excellent customer service from start to finish. Had to call a couple of times as i east going to be home during the week. They gave me plenty of notice for when the delivery was due and put me in touch with couriers. No wait time at all for phone lines. Delivery company also very helpful .

    Can't fault Builder Depot. Always great competitive prices and delivery is fairly priced and prompt. When I am looking for something online, I always check in on Builder Depot as majority of time they have bets price but google doesn't always give you that so you have to search hard these days.

    I recurved the wrong items. No oone willing to help I tried to ring your customers service on Monday the operators said 5 mins in queue I waited 15 mins then got cut off I tried today again the operator said 6 mins waited for 20 mins then again got cut off. Come on please

    The cabinet arrived in 3 packages and was very well packed. It came with a quick guide to assembly and was quickly put together using the quick lock system and seems sturdey enough. The wall mounting brackets took careful measuring and fitting to the wall, the guide referred to using the detailed instructions but there aren't any in the packages. The centre rail when fitted was not tight which let it down a little.

    I've used them before and its been a 5* rating but in my last case the delivery company they use (DPD) made such a mess of the delivery, and it took BD so long to sort it out, that I have to downgrade the rating. At the end of the day its not how you deal with the regular that counts, its how you deal with problems !

I really apologise that you had a problem with your order. I can see that the order was placed on October 23rd 2022 with a delivery date provided of October 26th 2022. From my investigation, I can see that the item was sent out with DHL for delivery and unfortunately the item was damaged in transit. My colleague who you were communicating with via email was able to identify this by contacting DHL customer service. I do apologise that it took you contacting us via email for this to be identified. Unfortunately, we were not notified of the damages and could therefore not inform you sooner. We aim to inform customers as soon as possible when there are issues with any orders.     OK but I have since found that the extractor trunking does in fact come with 2 reducers to reduce from 150mm to 125mm and also 125mm to 100mm but for some reason the smaller one was not in the pack from Builder Depot. Will pop along to another supplier shortly and source it there .

    Easy to order items online. Was kept informed about the delivery which was on time. The driver was exceptional in his dedication.
