I ordered my helmet and while it did take over 2 weeks to receive, I was expecting this since I'm in the US and it shipped from Italy. They did have a significantly lower prices for this helmet, so it was worth the wait. The helmet is as expected, new in box, no issues. Would definitely buy from Burnoutmotor.com again.

    When I can purchase a product from a company in Italy (I'm in the U.S.) which, with shipping costs included, is at least $50 cheaper than any place I can find it in the U.S. (and that doesn't include shipping or taxes), there is simply no reason not to work with Burn Out motor. It also tells you something about the insane markup that U.S. distributors are charging. What is even more nuts, is Rev'It, with headquarters in the Netherlands, has an office in Denver where I live. So, I can still get it way cheaper from Italy than I can from Denver!!!!!!

    Excellent experience... it was slightly late getting sent (usual for XXL helmets) but they threw in a free really nice neck tube for a slight delay. Once shipped it was here very quickly via FedEx. No trouble at all with customs .. this really is the way to get your shoei helmets (assuming you know your size). Neotec 3 in the states is only DOT and wanted to be sure and get the 22-06 rated model and $avings are the side benefit. Glad I upgraded from the neotec 2 ..as I compared the fit I could suddenly tell how worn looser my old helmet had become over 5 years ..anyway highly rate for shipment to the US.

    The helmet arrived in good condition with the intercom system installed. I'm very happy with the product and the price. It saved me $300 over buying locally. The only downside is that when I tried to register the product I found out through the SHOEI website that Shoei does not honor warranties for helmets purchased from a different country than the customer's country of residence. So, I hope I never have any issues with the helmet. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

    I got the spidi ladies jacket and it’s great. I believe the company is great too, I experienced prompt communication with them. The reason for my lower review is because I am an international customer and the delivery to Canada was very slow and more expensive than I expected, I paid $45 shipping with my order on a jacket that cost $156. So that already felt high, and then FedEx charged me an additional $95 when they delivered the jacket. Totally unexpected and not worth it. It does not make sense how “duty” could cost $95 on a product that was $156. I know different amounts are applied depending on the product description in the waybill so maybe that is something the company could look into to reduce the additional charges for international customers.

    The people at Burnout are amazing. I ordered the SHOEI neotec3 and the intercom SRLA3 separatly, they caught it and contacted me to see if I was ok with them installing the intercom and refunding me one shipping charge.     Dear customer, as we indicated in the emails we exchanged, we are very sorry for what happened and we have never contested any of your decisions, we sent you the video to be able to fit the sun visor perfectly, regarding the hair found in one of the two helmets, unfortunately it must have been our mistake, every time a helmet is returned, we check and sanitize it, it must have escaped us, we have a return rate that does not reach 2%, but that helmet did escape us, in any case the products were new and not tested on the road, thank you for your collaboration

    Once again no offer to correct the problem. If it was just 1 hair I would have moved on a long time ago but it wasnt. By the length of time it took you to respond and your lack of trying to correct the problem you have shown that you do not care about the customer.     Great experience with Burnout. I bought a helmet which was priced lower than most retailers in USA and they shipped within a couple of days. The package got stuck at US Customs and I had to submit a document to FedEx. Got the package within the next couple of days.     Very excited to get the Shoei Glamster! I received the order in a reasonable amount of time. I unfortunately ordered the wing size for the fit of the helmet and need to exchange it for a smaller size. I filled it the return on the website the next day after receiving the helmet, but as of this writing I have not received any instructions for returning/exchanging the helmet. I have reached out to inquire about the return and have had not response from Burnout. I will update the review if/when the process progresses. Still looking forward to enjoying the helmet once I have the correct size.

    Really excellent experience overall. I ordered a Shoei Glamster helmet from the website. I am based in the US and paid via PayPal. I did receive a "possible fraud" alert text from the bank that issued the credit card tied to my PayPal account but approved the charge. I contacted Burnout to let them know about it and asked that they verify that the payment processed correctly. Burnout responded very quickly and verified payment processing. The order shipped within 1-2 days and I received it within about a week. That's crazy fast considering overseas shipping, customs, etc. The helmet was carefully packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. 10/10 overall. I'll definitely buy from Burnout again.

    I ordered on-line, a helmet and intercom and understood that it would be installed by burnout motors. I used there message feature on the website but received no answer twice about this. They processed my card right away but sent no confirmation email until the shipping company created a label two weeks later. Helmet was received about three weeks after order and no intercom installed. I got the helmet I wanted and I guess I’ll install the intercom myself.

    What my main complaint is that I was not informed by email thanking me for my purchase, and I did not see where I should request the mesh com to be installed. There is a box on your website to message you and I did twice but no response, that was where I requested the install. When verified review sent me a request for a review it included a link to you which I clicked on and wrote a message, but the email was returned as a bad address. Maybe it is because of being in different countries I don’t know. When I charge the card the first time it was questioned by my bank until I confirmed that I was me and not fraud. I don’t want to put 2star review on service of Burnout motors. But wasn’t able to contact you though the methods you gave me on the website and the email for verified reviews. I want to give a better rating. You asked to know my experiences with your site and service and I want you to do well in the marketplace. I am trying to be a good customer and I appreciate your interest in my experience . Sorry I didn’t confirm the dates of the order and the shipping. I would have had a great experience with a couple of emails telling me what was happening with my $900.+ order esp. having the funds already taken. Also, I’m not finding install instructions on how to physically install the mesh com, on the app or the printed material.     I ordered a Shoei helmet from BurnOut because of the great price. The order was for inventory that indicated in stock and would take about 2 weeks to get to me in the US from Italy. But after placing the order, I was notified my item was out of stock and had a one week delay. For my trouble there was going to be a gift included, which turned out to be a nice shirt. The only other delivery issue was a 2 day delay by FedEx, which appeared to be at US customs. The product came double boxed and in good condition. BurnOut did a great job, treated me well, and compensated me for my time. They have no control over US customs, so that minor delay is not even their issue. I would defiantly buy from them again and have already recommended them to friends.

    If you live in the States, it's best to avoid this business. I ordered my helmet which said was in stock on the website, on November 30th. Other than the confirmation email from them at time of order, I received no update until I contacted them on December 8, since the product description on the website said shipping in 2 - 8 days. I received a response that they were taking within 2 - 8 days to process orders. When I responded with a thank you for a response/update and to see if they would at least acknowledge my concerns as legitimate, I didn't receive a response until 4 days later with a response that my second email was lost in the spam folder. Honestly, they lost all credibility there, but by this time I received a notification that a Fedex shipping label was created on December 12th and decided not to pursue thier ignorance any further. It's December 19th and the helmet is still sitting in Italy. I'm not sure if it'll be here before Christmas or not. Lesson learned.

    The helmet arrived well packaged and it was exactly what I ordered but the communication and tracking the package was unnecessarily difficult, for example I never received the tracking code even if the package was obviously shipped.

    Dear customer, thank you for your valuable review, we need it to improve our service, given that you have received the helmet and everything is ok, the review seems very low to us, but if you think we deserve this rating, we accept it, tracking usually it is sent directly by the courier, for shipments from Italy to the USA we expressly use Fedex because it offers an excellent service on this route, in recent weeks they have had some slowdowns and communication problems, but they have resolved them, we are sorry to have received such a review low for a problem not directly caused by us, but this is the job!!
