  I ordered the Shoei ex zero in matte black with the black visor. Was a bit hesitant being they’re located in Italy and I’m in California. I was messaging back and forth through WhatsApp and the staff was more than friendly and happy to help me on finding my size. After they confirmed they had the items in stock, I placed my order. From Italy to California in 3-4 days is impressive! There’s companies in the states here who take two weeks to ship. Overall, I’m super happy with my product, and the staff for all the help. Definitely will be shopping here when I need something I can’t find stateside. Thanks Guys!

  I had a really good experience ordering from Burnoutmotor. Fiirst of all theyr prices are more than competitive, probably the best in the market. The only reason I didn't give them the five stars is because It took them a while to ship my order. But once it was shipped, it moved fast, and they were always eager to reply promptly to my emails. My order arrived in perfect condition, and I was glad the product arrived in a brand new box. I would not hesitate to recomend Burnoutmotor. Thank you Burnoutmotor.

  I ordered pipes for my motorcycle and the details and description for the exhaust pipes was very clear and fit my bike like a glove and look and sound deep and mean as I wanted shipping came sooner then expected and was wrapped in high quality foam protection to protect the product and box didn’t have a anything wrong with it as well!   In all honesty I was skeptical about ordering from this company. I knew it was overseas in Italy and I was ordering a helmet, Shoei Neotech 3, which was no due to be released until mid April. How ever the ordering process and communication could not have been better! They were very helpful and responded to my inquiries in a very prompt and professional manner. Once the order processed and was assigned to a carrier I received it in just a few days. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

  Amazing purchasing experience. I ordered my Shoei NeoTec3 since it isn't released in the USA yet. Super fast shipping took only 4 business days to arrive. I also ordered the Sena meant for this helmet to my suprise it came pre installed and ready to go. Customer service was top notch. Would recommend this company to anyone of my friends or family.

  Really excellent experience overall. I ordered a Shoei Glamster helmet from the website. I am based in the US and paid via PayPal. I did receive a "possible fraud" alert text from the bank that issued the credit card tied to my PayPal account but approved the charge. I contacted Burnout to let them know about it and asked that they verify that the payment processed correctly. Burnout responded very quickly and verified payment processing. The order shipped within 1-2 days and I received it within about a week. That's crazy fast considering overseas shipping, customs, etc. The helmet was carefully packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. 10/10 overall. I'll definitely buy from Burnout again.

  Really happy with how fast the product came. As soon as the label was created I got my helmet in 4 days. I do wish they would send you a confirmation email saying they got your order and a better way to communicate than Whatsapp and an email that doesn't work

  I ordered on-line, a helmet and intercom and understood that it would be installed by burnout motors. I used there message feature on the website but received no answer twice about this. They processed my card right away but sent no confirmation email until the shipping company created a label two weeks later. Helmet was received about three weeks after order and no intercom installed. I got the helmet I wanted and I guess I’ll install the intercom myself.

  What my main complaint is that I was not informed by email thanking me for my purchase, and I did not see where I should request the mesh com to be installed. There is a box on your website to message you and I did twice but no response, that was where I requested the install. When verified review sent me a request for a review it included a link to you which I clicked on and wrote a message, but the email was returned as a bad address. Maybe it is because of being in different countries I don’t know. When I charge the card the first time it was questioned by my bank until I confirmed that I was me and not fraud. I don’t want to put 2star review on service of Burnout motors. But wasn’t able to contact you though the methods you gave me on the website and the email for verified reviews. I want to give a better rating. You asked to know my experiences with your site and service and I want you to do well in the marketplace. I am trying to be a good customer and I appreciate your interest in my experience . Sorry I didn’t confirm the dates of the order and the shipping. I would have had a great experience with a couple of emails telling me what was happening with my $900.+ order esp. having the funds already taken. Also, I’m not finding install instructions on how to physically install the mesh com, on the app or the printed material. I’ll try to find a dealer here that might be able to help me with that and updating the firmware. Thank you Rick Bosse

  It took more than 8 days to get to shipper, that is why I contacted you. The product page stated that a discount was available for what I ordered, but checkout would not apply it.   I ordered a Shoei helmet from BurnOut because of the great price. The order was for inventory that indicated in stock and would take about 2 weeks to get to me in the US from Italy. But after placing the order, I was notified my item was out of stock and had a one week delay. For my trouble there was going to be a gift included, which turned out to be a nice shirt. The only other delivery issue was a 2 day delay by FedEx, which appeared to be at US customs. The product came double boxed and in good condition. BurnOut did a great job, treated me well, and compensated me for my time. They have no control over US customs, so that minor delay is not even their issue. I would defiantly buy from them again and have already recommended them to friends.

  I'm very happy as too how fast I got this helmet. Especially since it's coming from Italy to the United States around the holiday time frame. Packaging was great with no damage done to the package or the helemt. Plus with the sell they had going on during to holidays I couldn't pass up getting it at such a good price.

  If you live in the States, it's best to avoid this business. I ordered my helmet which said was in stock on the website, on November 30th. Other than the confirmation email from them at time of order, I received no update until I contacted them on December 8, since the product description on the website said shipping in 2 - 8 days. I received a response that they were taking within 2 - 8 days to process orders. When I responded with a thank you for a response/update and to see if they would at least acknowledge my concerns as legitimate, I didn't receive a response until 4 days later with a response that my second email was lost in the spam folder. Honestly, they lost all credibility there, but by this time I received a notification that a Fedex shipping label was created on December 12th and decided not to pursue thier ignorance any further. It's December 19th and the helmet is still sitting in Italy. I'm not sure if it'll be here before Christmas or not. Lesson learned.

  I still haven't received my order. Took over a week to ship my order and now that it was shipped I received a notice from Fed Ex that the order is being held in customers because it needs a "Certificate of Origin". I forwarded this email from Fed Ex to your Customer Support Email and haven't received a response. Can someone please look into and resolve the customs issue and let me know what the deal is here? Or, refund my money because I don't want to wait 2 more weeks to receive my order that should have already arrived.

  The helmet was processed on the 4th workday and given to Fedex on the 7th workday (9 days including weekends). Fedex though took another 17 days to get from Italy to me in Texas. I've had things ship faster than 26 calendar days but I can't blame all of it, if any, on Burnout Motor. The price was great so if I don't need something really quickly I'll consider Burnout Motor again.

  I found the product I wanted. I ordered it. I didn't receive any communication that my order was received. I contacted them a week after ordering to check to see if they even got my order... That all I had even received was a paypal receipt. They contacted me a couple days later, and said, per their order fulfillment schedule, it would be shipped by the end of the week. I was more suprised not to at least receive an order confirmation from them, not paypal. I knew it would be a couple weeks. That wasn't the issue. I received the item in perfect condition and right on time. I would like to see a little more communication.

  The ordering process was a little confusing and I did not receive an email confirmation, requiring me to reach out to the company. Once I did that, the response was rapid and I knew the order had not been lost. The shipment of my order was via FedEx and I received two notifications of issues needing to be resolved as the package traveled from Italy, through France and then to the US. These added several days to the delivery time-frame. Once in the US, everything went much more quickly. My order arrived and was packaged very nicely. Ultimately, I am happy with the experience, and would order from Burnout again.

  I was skeptical of this seller, as the helmet I was looking for was hard to find. Not too mention finding accessories. So finding it for a reasonable price, and in stock, left me wondering if it was a “bait and switch”, also international ordering is questionable. Well, I stand corrected. The communication was good from start to finish. The product was exactly what I ordered, and undamaged. They did have some delay shipping out, but again it was international, and they discounted the product to offset that. it was about a month total turnaround, which I feel is quite reasonable. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, and experience.
