  Excellent service, great price! The website does a pretty good job translating it from Italian to English although there are places that haven't been translated at all or not as good as it could be, but overall they've done very well. I haven't had to return anything as of yet so I can't speak to that but the packages do come with a return label if you needed to. Burn Out does also have a good selection of gear including my favorite, Reve'it, as well as Alpine stars and Dainese; they have pretty much anything you could want except for some brands like Icon. The only thing I can think of that I'd like is an accompanying sticker to put on my bike similar to that of Revzilla but as "Burnout".

  Great price, much lower than competition. Simple website and ordering process. Received the item I order in perfect condition less than five days later. I saw other reviews where folks had challenges with Burnout but that just wasn’t the case for me. An easy online experience! Yes, I would order from Burn Out Motor Again!

  Extremely satisfied. Black Friday prices were simply unbeatable. When my order was not shipped for 5 days, I grew concerned. I sent a message regarding the status of my order and they replied promptly (within an hour) that my order was going to fulfilled by xx/xx date. And it was...via express international courier. In total, the order took about 10 days to arrive at my doorsteps--not bad at all, given the busy holiday shopping weekend and the international shipping requirement. My wife was very please with her new moto gear. \r\n\r\nAs a bonus, they also included a free neck warmer. Thanks BurnOut Motors!

There was about a week of no updates, but when it shipped, it shipped.   Ordered Dainese track suit, which had to be shipped to USA from Italy. BOM was awesome and efficient with my email questions and most importantly helping getting this suit through customs. Local cycle gear shop didnt have color I wanted and was priced too high. BOM had color and style I wanted in stock and ended up being way less expensive to purchase in spite of exchange rate, Pay Pal exchange fee and shipping! Suit came properly and safely shipped and once again BOM was excellent in rerouting FedEx shipment (at last second due to my job change and subsequent reroute request). I Highly recommend this Italian company! They offer all the great top gear and are obviously passionate about getting things done correctly!\r\n\r\nLook forward to doing business with BOM again in the future!\r\n\r\nMichael

  I am very impressed with Burnout Motor! I emailed a question about shipping and received an answer soon after. After reading lots of positive reviews, I decided to place an order for a Dainese Tempest 2 D-Dry jacket and added a G2 back protector. First of all, the pricing was excellent! WAY cheaper than anyone else, AND they had the items in stock. It took 9 days from when I placed my order for the package to arrive, from Italy to NC, USA! I\'d say that\'s pretty good! Especially considering if I ordered from anyone in the USA, there was a 4-6 week lead time. Also, the items arrived in perfectly new condition! Thank you Burnout Motor!! You are now my go to shop!

  First time ordering my gear online and I recommend burnout 100%. The substantial price gap between burnoutmotor and any store here in the states was simply too much to overlook. Delivery took about a week from the day I ordered, everything was great except the duty which was about 14%. Everything you\'d expect from a reputable company. Only advice I can give, not just here but any online order, check sizes at stores.

I have used dainese for a long time and always have had pain in my knees from how tight the lower half of their suits are, but I decided to try spidi and I am so impressed with the quality and the stretch panels. I did still go up a size causing the upper half to be baggy and the thighs to still be a little tight, but overall the suit is so much more comfortable. \r\nAlways so grateful and impressed with Burnout Motor for their prices, customer service, and fast shipping. Highly highly recommended them!
