  My first time ordering from Burnout. There was an issue with my shipment - it created a tracking number but then never went anywhere. After a week of waiting I emailed them and they apologized & shipped new order out 2 day international. My boots shipped from Italy on Monday and arrived Wednesday in the US, really fantastic!

  I am in the United States and have ordered from several Motorcycle Gear companies in the EU. Burnout Motor was definitely the best experience I have had so far. They did not have one item I ordered in stock (leather pants) but offered to replace it another that was a little more money at no additional cost. They answered emails promptly (same or next day) and the shipment was properly packaged. When the package arrived, everything was in perfect shape without damage and included things like the hangars and bags that went with a jacket. I've had shipments from a different company have flimsy cardboard boxes that broke open and damaged the hangars. Yet another different company might be a little cheaper on certain items, but that company has terrible customer service, which is not worth the savings. I look forward to buying from BurnOut again in the future when I want to buy internationally. Thanks and keep up the good job!

  I recently purchased a motorcycle helmet through Burnout. Being based in the US, this particular helmet isn't being offered by any domestic retailers, and so I had to look overseas. Found it on Burnout for the right price, they had the availability, and offered the option of insured delivery which was nice for a pricey item. I am usually quite wary of purchasing big ticket items from overseas sellers, but their communication was quick, clear, and thorough. Shipping was FAST (came to me through FedEx after handoff from their domestic Italian carrier), and item was as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from Burnout again if needed.

  Ordered a set of Sidi Adventure 2 boots, at a decent price with shipping to the USA. Website promoted 3-7 day shipping so was very much looking forward to the boots arriving. After the first week and the boots were yet to ship I contacted burnout motor and they promptly responded saying they were a little behind but they said the boots would be sent in the coming week. The second week passed and boots still hadn't shipped, so contacted them once again. This time they said due to COVID they are having delays and it would be another week. The third week, came and they finally they arrived. Customer service was quick to respond and courteous. My issue is with advertising 3-7 day delivery when COVID is KNOWINGLY effecting their services. Every other site I have bought things off gives an updated timeline for COVID and has banners on the page noting their will be delays. I am not annoyed that COVID is affecting the business and postage - thats to be expected, it is the false promises that had me annoyed. The boots arrived so much later than expected I am now away on a trip and am not able to use them.

  I’m going to be honest when I was looking at burn out I thought maybe the website was to good to be true (thought it was a fake website). After a few hours after my order (Time zone difference from USA) I received a response from them stating they have my order and it was being prepared to ship. They sent me a tracking number through Fedex and I waited almost two weeks for my order. This to me was quick considering that they were still able to provide great service and a timely delivery during the coronavirus pandemic. I received my Dainese Rapida72 jacket and it’s exactly what I imagined and hoped for. Scanned the QR Code and verified that it is a legit garment from Dainese. I highly recommend this website to anyone reading this review where part of the globe you are in. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you Burnout Motor!

  Burnout was great and their customer service was fantastic. My only disappointment was that I received a bill for customs for taxes and duty which I did not know about a head of time. I am in the United States and my guess is that Burnout does not do a lot of business here or they would of known to provide a warning during the ordering process that import duties and taxes are not covered in the price.

  Ordered a Dainese Racing 3 leather jacket from Burn Out for $200 cheaper than anywhere else! Burn was able to ship me my jacket relatively quickly given the difficulty situation with the coronavirus pandemic. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and will definitely buy from Burn Out again! The only downside was that I had no idea what my sizing would be in Euro and had no real way of trying anything on. More of an internet ordering hurdle really. No worries though because I made a few measurements and an educated guess and it fits perfectly! I would like to thank Burn Out Motor for getting my jacket to me during the pandemic relatively quickly! Thank you so much!
