I went through the invoice and noted all the issues. After further checks, the goods I thought were OK (not baited and switched our smaller bottles than I paid for) are actually not the real products My bank is recovering my money from you currently. I have informed you, and it is still the case, that the entire order is waiting to be picked up and is unused

  Very slow customer service . It took them 2 week to find out that my parcel is not coming( lost or even not posted ) and several reminders that they need to refund me … 3 weeks later still no refund .

  I was a bit concerned after reading other negative reviews about Carethy, but my experience was really positive. Very easy ordering process, good prices and I was able to obtain a product which was out of stock everywhere else. My order was fulfilled with no problems, quick delivery within the timescale I was advised of, and I was kept fully updated on progress throughout. I’d definitely use them again and would highly recommend them, so although others may have had less than ideal experiences that’s not always the case! Probably like all companies- a few issues now and then, but overall great!

  I found it very easy to navigate the web site for the product. Delivery was on time. In all it was easy to obtain the product and as previously the Helix Original does exactly what is claimed it can do. I re omens this product to anyone who tells me they have arthritis as it has helped me to regain movement and get rid of the pain I was suffering. I would recommend Carethy for this product every time.

  I ordered some products from Spain and had to wait more than 1 month to get them and ended up missing one I'm also still waiting for the reimbursement. The times for delivery should be improved and the updated tracking information for the orders, 1 month without information is not a good experience.

  I made my order in April, but advised it would arrive late which was good. However, I am certain that I ordered the 1 litre Redken Conditioner not the Shampoo. When the wrong bottle arrived after all the delay I was very disappointed. I shall have to look elsewhere for the Conditioner.

  The product sent was not exactly what was in the photo (the ingredients were different and hence I could not use it as I am allergic to some products). I was offered £10 of bonus points instead of a refund of £31. In the end though they did say they would refund, and presumably due to Brexit complications, did not expect me to send the products back. When I've got my refund the shampoo is going to a charity.

  The product is excellent, the order was processed but delivery took 4 days from Spain to UK? You should reconsider this as is an important product and people wouldn't order it if they wouldn't need it. For me came 4 days late unfortunately and this was the fact that upset me. I am happy to be able to do this review and tell that the shipping was very inconvenient unfortunately in my case. Arrived in the last day of time given...anyway. Good luck.

  I ordered from the UK, a product unavailable to buy here. Very happy with the ordering process and communications. Delivery took a little longer than when ordering from a local supplier but that wad expected. Product arrived in approx 10 days and I have re ordered :-)
