    How to begin the tour from certain location was not clear. No information on estimated time to begin at one of the stops. Waited 90 minutes. It was good to stay on and see around there area. The English commentary was difficult to hear and understand and was limited in, often just where we were. ((Live commentary - Not headphones) Soo much information could have been shared, we felt.

    Hi We have done many City Sightseeing hop on hop off tours mostly in Europe but also as far away as Sydney. Always there has been a consistent commentary either in person or via headphones. This is an important factor in these tours. The first tour we did left the Balboa stop today around 1pm (maybe 1:20?) and had very little live commentary yet we passed by so many interesting places - this was very sad and left us disappointed. We got off at Punta Culebra and explored a bit, then caught the bus back 45 minutes later from that same stop - this time there was no commentary at all save to state the name of the next stop! Panama is a beautiful city with a unique history but I am afraid to say that although the commentary could have really told us a lot about everything we were passing, it was sadly very lacking and not up to the standard of other City Sightseeing tours we have done around the world. We feel very frustrated and let down - we could have just as easily got an Uber around the same sights - another time please get your guides to tell us all about Panama and give us a wonderful experience!     The 24 hours thing is a bit misleading because the service only works for like 6 hours a day. Also it was hard to find the bus stop because there is a map on the website but there wasn't any sign or whatsoever. The ride was good but I find it quite overpriced.

    The first driver I had - Andrew - was fantastic. So helpful and friendly. He even coped with a group of rowdy youngsters - calming them down while staying friendly. When he said sit down - they did! But today my experience was the opposite. The driver was not paying attention to passengers. I was half way down the stairs to get off at a stop and he raced past. So I waited for the next stop and he raced past it. He wasn’t aware of anything on the bus. I think he even had headphones on!!! If Andrew is the standard I would use this service any time and recommend to others. But today’s driver was dangerous.

    We have used this company all over the world for tours. Very easy to navigate the site and book your tour. We tried to find out when the bus might be near our location (which isn't the start of the tour) and we waited over four hours without a reply on the "chat" system online.     The service is not dependable. We talked to people who waited two hours for the bus to come. This is not what you want to be doing on vacation. We ourselves waited about an hour and 15 minutes, the bus was behind schedule at least an hour and a half. We finally paid out the nose to get a taxi to take us back to town from the Miraflores lock on the panama canal. We we feel like we should be getting a refund. On the Positive side, the staff are very sweet and wonderful. We enjoyed the tour and the bus was comfortable. However we would not do it again because of the unreliability of the schedule. We even bought a two day pass. Our experience with this business in Cartagena was much much better. The buses were frequent and reliable. But not in Panama City. It is really not fair to make tourists wait two hours when they are trying to have a good time.

    The first 20 minutes of our experience were great- the operator led a great tour and gave interesting information. After getting off to look at one particular stop, we then had to wait over an hour and a half for the next bus, when they were supposed to be every half an hour. This bus was also significantly more full and the speakers were of terrible quality, meaning we couldn't hear a thing. Thoroughly disappointing and I would not recommend

    Tour itself was ok, Bruno our tour guide in Vegueta was really good BUT the procedure to get into a bus was very strange and time consuming. Well first we bought two tickets via their web page and whilst I tried several times to download them onto my iphone (from their confirmation email) it just didn’t work. The hotel reception then printed me the confirmation. When we arrived at the bus stop we were told that this confirmation has to be exchanged against tickets. There was a long queue of other people facing the same problem. The staff just read in the QR code from the confirmation and then handed out the tickets. Then you had to go to another bus which you finally could board. Question: why can’t you board with this confirmation QR code directly????

    Nice way to see the city. Friendly staff and good driver. However the bus is always late, later than the time they told us. Both days we spent more than half a hour to wait for the bus, each time. So the second day we just end up taking Uber. It would be helpful to have an app to track the bus then we can plan our trip better instead of just waiting by the road.

    I was in Dudai and downloaded the Android official Dubai City Sightseeing application. The real time data is not accurate just like the stop location. I was at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel were there is a stop but the application show the location of the stop far away from the right location. This is basic information that should be corrected ASAP. Also there is no sign to indicate the stop location on the street just like in many other cities I have visited.     Compared to similar services in other tourist destinations, this Big Red Bus service is only mediocre. Many stops do not even have signs to show riders where to wait for the bus and tourists have to rely on local police to direct them to the correct spot. Buses are infrequent and crowded. Some riders are turned away if the bus is already full, especially if they attempt to buy their tickets from the bus guides rather than secure them online first. The company needs to have more than one route because to make a full circuit can take almost three hours! More buses as well would help alleviate the over crowding and wait times, which can be up to an hour.

    We always use the red buses for our city breaks but they vary from city to city. Not been on our trip yet but this provider doesn't offer a family ticket and classes an adult as 14 and over which is ridiculous. Hence, a family of 4 is paying £120 (with voucher code) for 24 hours. There's not even a 48 hour option offered.

    I am seeking a refund please. We stood for an hour waiting at the site closest to us and then moved to another site via taxi. There we stood waiting for 30 mins, when a bus arrived and then upon entering we were told that we booked for a different colour route and needed to wait for the next bus. When the next bus arrived everyone from the one was transferred the the next bus - so obviously something was up and bus volumes were being managed. We decided to move on, on our own steam rather than further spoil our day. I look forward to your response on how to arrange the refund.

    I was really looking forward to the bus tour, unfortunately it was a big let down and very poor value for money. 1st issue when I got on the bus was that the microphone port would take the jack it was blocked somehow and wasn’t working so I had to share one earplug with my husband. The bus was very, very cold, which I was expecting and wore thermals but the seats were wet which made it worse. A quick wipe down before the bus started would make a huge difference. Where I live in Devon, our local tours provide a rug for your knees when on their trip and it is a third of the price. It was very dirty with rubbish strewn about, which I appreciate is customers leaving it, but surely the operators should do a quick check around after each circuit. The actual recording wasn’t always very relevant or clear, we went twice past areas and couldn’t work our which buildings they were talking about, some areas it repeated the same paragraph, and it wasn’t kicking in at the right time in other areas. I could see some interesting sights on the trip, but the recording didn’t mention them at at all.I think the recordings need reviewing regularly, it felt a bit tired and not always relevant. The final straw was when we decided to make our way back to our starting point near our hotel and there was over an hour before the trips said they stopped running, when we went to get on the bus he said he was doing a circuit and wouldn’t stop anywhere, so we wouldn’t be able to get off on the trip, it’s supposed to be a hop on, hop off trip, so after a very busy day, and careful planning to make sure we had plenty of time to get back, we had to take a long walk back to our hotel, which was pretty poor as I have bad knees and walk with a stick. I don’t understand why the last trip wouldn’t stop for people. It cost £42 for 2 people, which wasn’t that cheap for what was basically a bus trip with a recording around a much smaller area than I thought. I would not recommend the Bath trip as very poor value for money

    We went on a bus tour yesterday, me and my 5yr old son. The drivers and ticket people were so friendly and helpful, and the bus didn’t get too full so that when we wanted to go and sit downstairs (it was -2° in London yesterday so we were a bit chilly on the open top deck!) we were able to. The audio commentary that came with the tour was really good and I’ve learnt loads about London that I never knew. My favourite bit of commentary was as we passed The Dorchester hotel and listened to the story about the base jumper who scaled the hotel and jumped across to the hotel next to it, shocking hotel guests by “tossing himself off” apparently. Took me a minute to realise this meant he’d thrown himself from the hotel to land on the ledge below rather than the other meaning. Bravo to whoever wrote this tour commentary - gave me a laugh!! Overall I would recommend. I was only sorry we weren’t there long enough to do the boat trip as well.

    We had to wait for nearly an hour for the red bus to get to us which wasn't a good start then when we transferred to the blue bus the commentary was ahead of the sites due to traffic so we had gone past a few before seeing them.     We are not happy. We paid a lot of money for 48 hours access. There are no in ears available, the system is not working at all. It's impossible to hear the voice over the speakers and the English pronounciation is very poor. At the Panama canal we were told the next hop on bus would arrive at 13.15PM (Jan. 18th). We were there at 13.07PM and we saw the bus leaving already, so we are now waiting for a long time. To be completely honest, we want our money back. Our reference number is: TOURCMS|12842|6006
