    The first leg was excellent, we had live commentary for the self-proclaimed A team. The second leg didn't have live commentary and driver didn't inform us that we would need headphones.

    The bus tours are very good and very informative but the bus stop outside the Abbey in Bath has the wrong information, Dorchester Rd, for pickup of the Skyline tour this is not correct. Very confusing for those of us who look at the bus stop for information to find out it is not correct and we need to go somewhere else to pick up the bus. I did point this out to the controller so your management are aware of the problem.

    We purchased via the website and planned our trip on this information only to find that the stops on the routes on the website were not up to date. The website also said tickets were valid for 24 hrs but the sales people said they were valid for 48 hrs. Again the website was not current.

    It was a great way to get some information about the city. I would have liked more information about the city. On the blue line we had trouble with our earphones with static and unable to change the volume. The red line bus was much better. Music was ok but after 2 hours it would have been nice to have a change.

    Very poor service we booked tickets for the bus And tried to drop on on seven and eight stop …. Impossible to find on the Internet the plan was not right on the top was unfortunately where we were at least lost one hour 30 minutes of our time !!! We actually had to take a grab to the central post office to find at least a bus. The plan and the timetable and schedule is not available online. Really terrible service. We lost a lot of time and money . Waiting for a refund

    When we got on the bus first, there were no seats either upstairs or downstairs & still more people were being left on. So totally dangerous & a waste of time as we didn’t even know what we were looking at. We then got off the bus & decided to walk. Later we waited for over 30 minutes at a bus stop, with no information on waiting time.

    The timetable on the site is incorrect and the stops are hard to find. In particular the first stop. You need to update to 2024 map. Also the track your bus QR code does not work. Needs to be more user friendly. Some of the ear ports do not work either.

    Hello, it was hard to recognize your busses in BCN, because it wasn't red as usual, it would be great if you better indicate this so people don't waste too much time to walk around and seek for the correct busses. Also you advertise Wi-Fi on board of most busses, but unfortunately it didnt work in any bus. Otherwise it was a good experience and we felt safe and confi on board all the time.

    Whilst we cannot complain about the extent if the tour ,(4hours!) the audio was appalling Half if the jack points were not working. Commentary was sparodic with no indication as to what stops were ( when the bus deemed to stop at all).little historic commentary only identification of monuments. Very dosappointing.

    Very easy to buy tickets online. I got a discount and saved over 7 euro per person compared with buying on the bus. Tickets easy to download and once u showed them to staff they printed me a paper ticket.

    Si je savais j'aurai fait uniquement île de comino une journée et l'autre journée gozo. À notre arrivée sur le bateau on nous demande 5€ pour un bus qui fait le tour de l'île, non il dépose juste devant la citadelle. Pour ceux qui ont pris option bus à gozo, vous resterez 1h sur comino et 2h30 à gozo journée on pas de course, nous avons rien fait. Temps baignade après la visite au pas de course sympa pour ceux qui aiment les profondeurs.

    Was fairly straightforward to buy online, but my sister did the same and didn’t receive her email confirmation with ticket attached. Emailed customer services, no reply. Phoned number provided, didn’t even connect. Ended up having to buy tickets again from rep at stop (who wasn’t able to help). She’ll be complaining when we get home.

    We did the double decker bus tour in Lisbon. We had to wait for 30 min before a bus arrived. It was hot. There was no shade and no benches to sit on. They had men harrassing everyone in line selling hats, glasses, etc... There was NO place to buy a bottle of water near by. We sat upstairs in the front seat. The sun had the top so hot that the cellphone would not work as it overheated. On way back the driver was on the phone the entire time and it was hard to hear the audio through the headphones. Need to be aware there are elderly people and the temperatures in Portugal can be hot. Need to take care of your customers at each stop waiting for the buses. Sell water. Have benches

    The online purchase did not present the email tickets within 15 minutes of payment as per the website. It was not in my spam or junk email. I then had to visit the office next day to find out and eventually a ticket was released. The traffic was so bad that we only did 5 stops of the entire route and then the service stopped running early evening so couldn’t use it later when traffic had eased. Waste of money and the “skip the line” extra ticket to an attraction was false, we were sent to back of the queue like everyone else

    Pleasant and informative bus tour. Staff explained how it works, with some request stops. Only slight niggle is if you're getting on at Radisson Blu (Central Station. stop 8), there's a scratty bit of paper stuck to the bus stop telling you to walk round the corner for a temporary bus stop. This had folded over itself and I almost missed it. Other than that, I enjoyed the tour. Also worth noting that bus stops for a short while at George Square.

    I feel bad writing a negative review but the Porto City Sightseeing tour was terrible. Spent most of the trip listening to music and when there was information it was completely out of sync. Learnt nothing! Complete waste of money. Have done many city bus tours in the UK which are very informative and interesting. The rest of Europe need to up.their game as Rome was equally disappointing last month. Giving this 2 stars as the drivers we're very friendly and buses are spotlessly clean.

    Cero recomendable el tren turístico de Palma, sobre todo si viajas en crucero y te vas a subir en la parada 14 Estación Marítima. Hasta 5 autobuses llenos llegaron a la parada 14 y se fueron sin que pudiera subir. Malísima gestión por su parte sabiendo que ese día había atracados 3 MSC. Había comprado los billetes con antelación y no tuve ninguna preferencia frente a la gente que no había desembolsado ya los 50 €. Al final, tuve que pillar un taxi e irme al centro tras casi una hora esperando en la cola, la cual no avanzaba porque no tenían suficiente autobuses para satisfacer a tanta gente, ni si quiera a los clientes que ya habían comprado su producto. No utilicéis este servicio y, si lo hacéis, no lo compréis con antelación porque os tocará ir en taxi si no queréis gastar horas de vuestra vida haciendo cola. No es cierto que te dan mapa, audioguía, gorra... Subí en la parada 2 (centro de la ciudad, después de pagar el taxi) y no nos ofrecieron nada de esas cosas que indican que dan. De los peores productos turísticos que he tenido en la vida, por no decir el peor.

    The tour takes a lot longer than advertised due to traffic in Athens - regardless of the day or time of day. This could be offset if there was more commentary… For a city this old surely there at ex more tales that could be shared so that everyone feels value for money.     Ordering the tickets online was easy. We loved the fact that there was a young man at the stop where we started to give us an overview. Some of the guides were very hard to understand either because they spoke too fast or the sound system was not good. Jacob, however, was excellent!! No problems.     The site was okay, but I am very annoyed that the routes were recently changed and there was no notification. I had planned our day going across multiple bus lines- red, green and blue. It was difficult to find that things had changed enough that it significantly impacted my plan.     The customer service at the starting point is terrible. The guy was on the phone and pretended the few groups waiting to ask him questions about registration did not exist he just gingerly continued on his call. Secondly the auto guide of the bus doesn’t tell you what to look at if it’s on the left or right so we had to play the guessing game. So we did not get any more information about Sevilla.     Easy to book, however waited over an hour at stop to get on red line and discovered there was a driver "strike". called for support and received no direction or alternative and couldn't guarantee a pick up. we were eventually picked up.     The bus takes you to all major places around Gozo. Driving around the island such bus requires good experience, drivers made a good job in this respect. Staff was not really friendly, just stressed about being late. We experienced some uncomfortable situation upon boarding at the port as driver and one staff member had pretty strong discussion between them in local language while we were in process of redeeming the voucher. No additional care about customer satisfaction. We did not get flyer with timetable when redeeming the voucher for bus ticket. When getting on board of bus we realized that 3 out of 3 times we boarded bus headphone connector in the seat was not working. It was to late to change the seat as other seats were already taken. Last 4th round when we boarded the bus there were no available seats left so we could not use the audio at all. That means audio guide was not really available during the trip for one or both of us. Busses were not really following the schedule so this required some longer wait at each bus stop. Overall the experience was good about getting where we wanted to get. What could improve is staff friendliness, bus maintenance ensuring headphone sockets are working. Also improving bus frequency to collect all passengers later at the afternoon to reach the port in comfortable way would be a plus.

    We didn't enjoy the site-seeing bus. The seats are very cramped and not much room. I am fairly small, but I guess if tall or larger than me it would be very uncomfortable. The start stopping of the bus in traffic and traffic lights made the journey very bumpy and rough. The plug in headphones were OK, but we could not get the volume to a high enough level to overcome the bus engine noise. Announcements from the driver giving stop numbers were also hard to hear.

    My son absolutely loved the tour, it saved our legs from walking and meant we could pack in so much more to our trip to York. The buses stopped at all the places we needed them to and were very frequent, they were every 15mins but we ended up waiting less than 5 minutes each time.
