    Headphones were not working and not a lot of details were given. We had the boat tour as well and were not told where it sails from. We loved the castle but other than that not very interesting.

    We have booked a 48hr ticket. As we went to get on this morning we were told that there was a strike and the buses were not running until 4pm. We have lost a whole day and I would like a refund for the day that we have missed.

    No schedule of service is provided online. We had to get on the green line because the blue line only ran every hour from the first stop. Meaning the do not have enough vehicles operating. Then, after getting of at Soa Jorge’s castle we waited an hour and the bus never showed while for of the Grayline buses picked up customers. In addition, we paid for the value package to include all three routes and never finished one. We have used hop-on-hop off tours in many global cities. This one was the absolute worst.

    Sorry, can’t say much good. Pick ups were not marked and we wasted 1.5 hours trying to find the first one. Not many interesting stories or stops. Audio broke and the driver did commentary mostly about her son and his high school. Buses were late 25 minutes and we were afraid to leave where we were dropped off. Crazy! We ended up walking for miles on our own. Can’t recommend

    Purchased tickets because it said there was the option of kids’ commentary and activities. Kids’ commentary was exactly the same as adult - 6 year old lost interest very quickly as commentary targeted adults, using words such as termini, unencumbered and lauded, and suggesting a stop for coffee. Much more poor music than commentary. Many more buses from other companies came past than CitySightseeing.

    Site easy to navigate and buy tickets. Our tickets took over half an hour to come by email and the link to download on the confirmation page didn’t work. This caused stress as we bought online immediately before trying to board. The live chat was useless. Unable to connect to an adviser. I eventually emailed and soon after received my ticket. I don’t get why we need to use the voucher to redeem a paper ticket. This seems to lose the benefits of the electronic ticket. Why can’t we just use the electronic one each time we board?

    First, the site says that buses come every 33 minutes when you hop off. Definitely not the case, waited over 1.5 hours at multiple stops. You can barely hear or understand the tour guides. For $66 CAD, its definitely NOT worth it.

    The blue line was terrible. Not at all scenic. The green line was much more scenic and allowed you to get to St George’s castle. The commentary was extremely minimal. And what there was was quite useless. We have been on other hop on hop off tours around the world that were amazing-Paris, Athens, Cape Town. This one was not- due to the lack of commentary.

    Very long waits for the bus. Only one bus running the route. The competitor’s busses would arrive 2-3 times before this company’s bus arrived. Company personal lied to us after the bus arrived full and took no one onboard that he was in contact with another bus that would arrive shortly. The bus that arrived was the same one that passed us by with the same driver.

    Poor response by staff for online booked ticket. They were giving preferential treatment to onsite ticket buyers due to their commission. No guidance for river cruise.     I have two comments which I believe could be improved on. The commentary on a particular place often started after we were already past. In the early stages I didn't even see what was referred to. Toward the end I would turn around and maybe catch a glimpse. The second comment I would make, there was a lot of empty time (music). There were a lot of things that went by that carried no commentary. I know its hard to add everything but there were some long stretches with no commentary but we were passing interesting buildings, status, parks, etc. All in all, a good tour.

    Your route was great but the information given was very minimal and did not align with where the building/monument actually was. It needs to be synced better, tell us whether to look left or right and tell us more about it. At one point, the narrator said, and this will be interesting for Gaudi fans, the place where he did something (can't remember because no other information was given on what he did there). Don't expect people to know the history beforehand. And during the times when no buildings or monuments are being driven by, give some history and or facts about the city. I was quite disappointed with your scripts- it felt very lazy to me. You gave us the absolute bare minimum.

    Very bad info advertise! When booking my ticket to 07.04.2024, there was no information that hop-on-hop-off do not work until 16:00. There was marathon on that day. And then when it started do work, me and my family had to wait for the red route bus for 30minutes, it was on the stop nr 15. But we managed to see alot of London on foot and with taxi drives!

    I had severe issues buying the tickets on the site. I buy everything online all the time and never had issues. I tried different browser, different payment methods. Then one of my credit cards got blocked... I managed but it is was quite an unpleasant experience. If I didn't really want to do the tour I would have given up.

    Los Angeles is by far the worst (organised) hop on hop off we've ever done. Only a very scarce few stops have any signpost / sticker / correct placing on them, which made it very difficult to know where to actually get on. Typically hardly ever on time and some just didn't turn up. No way of tracking their buses (despite a 'tracking' link on their website. Really need to improve!!

    The Athens route is excellent with stops at all the major sites and some suggested walks. Connections between the Piraeus and Beach/Riviera lines are not good. Having done the complete circuit of Beach/Riviera earlier today, we got off at C10 and crossed over to C2 where we stood in baking direct sun (no shelter or seating available) for over an hour before a Piraeus line bus arrived.

    It was pretty hard to get information from the website, but I've used City Sightseeing in other countries so I had a little faith despite the negative reviews. It was not easy getting timetables and such.

    I found it quite complicated with the voucher system. It would be much easier with personalised apple wallet ticket. You need to go first on a bus, not on the boat because unless you do not hold a valid ticket. And keep the slip after the river ride! I dropped it, because unthought I can everyone show my QR code to jump on the bus. Which is not correct. You need to keep the paper ticket. Very old school and out dated.

    Commentary was out of time with the tour at several locations, which meant the location being talked about had either been passed completely or just passed. The biggest issue was that somehow one of the company’s contactless machines had managed to charge me 20 pounds on my debit card. Luckily I have proof that I paid for 4 people using my credit card. The debit card payment has gone through (ie no longer sitting in pending payment queue ). So to summarise, overcharged for a tour which could have beeen better.

    Website was fine for ordering tickets very quickly. Although the option I picked to include entry to the Alcazar and bullfighting museum was a complete bust - communication severely lacked the fact that the entire Alcazar was closed and not accessible (only the military museum which was free entry anyway) and then we tried to go to the bullfighting museum and could not find anyone working and doing tours. Talking to a nearby restaurant waiter we were told they don't do any tours until May and June when it's bullfighting season. Very disappointed I spent the extra for premium tickets that went to waste due to the lack of communication.
