  Still haven’t received my order and haven’t been able to contact anyone. Has been at the senders local depot for 11 days now and I’ve had no correspondence.I need this canvas for an order I’m fulfilling and cannot move on until I receive it. This has caused a significant delay.

  I originally ordered the value canvas, upon arrival it was badly creased, my first impression was that the wooden centre brace was too close to the canvas, but they immediately sent a replacement which arrived perfectly. I would though state that the wooden centre brace is too close to the canvas which restricts it's flexibility, but I have to bear in mind that the canvas is of the value range and would suit beginners of all ages.

  I'm very happy with the display rack but was disappointed with the brush. I didn't take note of the size but ordered based on the picture of it. Which made it look like a decent sized brush, but in reality it's the tiniest brush ive ever seen and I would never use. I wrote immediately to ask for a response but have had no communication from you.

  The products were excellent & well priced. The order was packed very well & arrived in tact. However I was disappointed - having paid extra postage for next day delivery - that my larder arrived two days later. My order was submitted at 4mins past 2, but thought it would be accepted as next day delivery. Thus won’t deter me from buying from C&W in the future but hopefully I won’t need such an urgent delivery again.

  Following my initial issues they were quick to respond with an apology and to remedy the matter. I had an email conversation with them and it turned out there was a glitch in the system that was affecting the postage prices which has now been fixed. I was also offered free delivery to recompense and I felt the service and care to make amends was very good. And so, having shown they can recognise and rectify a problem, and recompense for my trouble, I would now consider shopping with Cowling and Wilcox again in the future. Mishaps happen, it's how a company deals with it that matters, and I feel they have demonstrated good customer care.

  I am very impressed by the customer service I received . I wanted to purchase a gift certificste for my son living in London , I am in the US . My son shops in a particular neighborhood and I was interested in his having the ability to do that with a gift certificate purchased on line . My inquiry was responded to quickly and i was given the advice I needed to proceed . My son was surprised and pleased to receive the certificate for his favorite art supply shop . I am looking forward to visiting the shop when I visit him in June . Thank you !

  Fast delivery after a rather ponderous age checking process for a few tiny craft knives. Age checking can handled seamlessly by independent agencies. Customers really should not have to upload driving licences before receiving urgent orders. I do recommend you look into this.

  Firstly would say excellent customer service. As ordering online, I needed some further information on the product, which wasn’t clear from the summary/description. The staff member I dealt with over email, was brilliant in sourcing answers - all very timely responses - thank you. The product itself, a Daler Riwney easel was well packaged and arrived without issue. The quality for the price is excellent. Great service and highly recommended!

  The order has not been delivered yet after 3 weeks of waiting. Although the customer service was very helpful I still don’t have my canvases. The order apparently was replaced and send again to me, nothing so far. Very disappointed at this moment
