  Website easy to use. Unfortunately not all items were included in the delivery and I had to contact the company. Problem was rectified relatively easily and the remaining items were dispatched.

  For some reason, my order was delayed so took quite a while to get to me. I did send an email but got no response initially but when I called up and spoke to a young woman helper she was very helpful. Charlie who processed my order called me back and apologised for the delay, though he couldn't say why. Anyway the paints are fine, being Winsoer & Newton. The website is cool and easy to order, so I'll be nice and order again !

  Your shipping took far too long. It is not competitive. I had to buy similar boxes from Amazon which arrived in 24 hours.

  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry your delivery took so long on this occasion. It was very unusual for us as we do tend to despatch within 24 hours. On your point about Amazon, I'm sure you found the boxes you bought cost nearly twice as much as ours as Amazon charge us very high fees to sell through them. Once again, I do apologise for the time taken but I can assure you this was a one-off after the Bank Holiday weekend and not the norm. Kind regards, Guy, Cowling & Wilcox.

  took forever to ship and arrive. I literally ordered from China and it arrived before my Cowling & Wilcox order. I'll be going to an art supplies store in the future. Would not order again and would not recommend.

  Disappointed with the time taken to despatch item. Supposed to be 1-3 days delivery but took almost treble the maximum. Evan after contacting customer services it still took a further two days to despatch. Did not send confirmation of order notice.

  the rating responds to my order being delayed and no update sent to me, but when I contacted them it was explained and an apology given, got my order the next day. Normally every order is delivered quickly.

  What a fantastic service. We bought an easel to display a wedding seating plan and decided we needed two but when I tried to order another one they were out of stock. However Cowlings tracked one down in one of their shops and went to great lengths to make sure that I would receive it. Looked great on the day and really appreciated that it was as a result of such great service.
