  The price of the products was very desirable, and the quality of the goods was great. Everything arrived fine, but the time it takes to dispatch the items to the courier was a bit longer than i'd appreciate. One item arrived with damage. Unsure if this was due to manufacture error, or handling.

  I had trouble ordering on line as it kept rejecting my email as already being in use. I phoned customer services and was helped through the process by a lovely lady called Megan. She was so pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 for her help.

  Bought these for my creative grand daughters, and the L O V E them! The range of colours is fabulous. They love clipping them together in groups. Best of all they are great for colouring in and being creative. Useful bag. A great buy.

  Items were a reasonable price and items packaged well so arrived safely. If there was anything negative to say it would be it took 6 days for my order to arrive but they use Evri to deliver so I'm not surprised.

  Came across this site whilst having some birthday money to play with. Their prices were great, and as I spent over £50, I also received free delivery. Delivered very quickly, and goods were very well packaged. Would use again and would definitely recommend this company.

  I found navigating the cowlingandwilcox.com website very enjoyable - no stress there, as it has been very carefully thought out. As a result, I was able to easily find and select exactly the products I need. My items arrived very thoughtfully packaged to keep them undamaged. I am delighted with the quality of the items I bought: a desk-top easel, pastel paper pad, putty rubbers and pastels. The customer service I received was excellent - friendly, informed and professional. My box arrived in very good time too.   I chose Cowling and Wilcox because their prices for the paper I wanted were better than competitors. My order was very well packaged, and sent out promptly. There was a delay in delivery by Evri, but the parcel was handed over to me the day after it was expected.

  The wooden box table easel is perfect for my needs and at a very reasonable price. Delivery was certainly as I asked as far as where I asked it to be placed ie at the back of my house but think it could have been put on top of a bin rather than just been left on the ground behind my garden gate. That apart I am overall pleased.
